The next day, Lana held a meeting with all the staff to introduce some of the new measures and run through the upcoming inspection. The usual rules and regulations would be enforced stricter than usual and the entire place needed a deep clean. Since we’d only recently turned the storage space into the Unforked Tail, that didn’t need as much attention and since I was mostly done with the set-up, I could help out with the rest of the staff.
Dusting the decorations in the dining room, washing all the linen, mopping the floors, washing the windows. There was a list with endless tasks and I wasn’t quite sure how we were going to manage it all in two days. Luckily, demons didn’t need much sleep.
While I helped out with the front of house, the kitchen crew took care of the walk-in coolers
