“Alright, so let's start off with the first thing… Food,” Alpha Daniel stated. He seemed very eager to talk about this.

“Well, I am not very picky.. So I guess the guys can choose this one..” I stated as I looked at Dalton.

“Really?” Dalton asked, looking a little confused.

“Yeah of course.. This is not just for me. It is for all of us…” I stated matter-of-factly.

“What do you think about having a buffet? We could do like a taco bar.. A hamburger / hot dog bar. Hell, we could even go as far as having a brownie bar.. Ice Cream bar… What do you guys think?” Dalton asked.

“I don't think I have heard anything better all week,” Delcan added.

I agree with Dalton and Delcan.. I think doing it that way would kind of please everyone invited.. And that way they can pick what they want and how they want it..

“Can we also have a salad bar?” Nevada asked.

“Absolutely!” I answered, as I too love salad.

“Okay, now that the food part is over. Next is music.. Do you guys want a makeshift dance floor put together?” Daniel asked.

“No.. I don't think we need to go that far. Having music playing, for sure, but a dance floor isn't needed. Delcan? Dalton?” I asked.

“I agree no dance floor. But I would like to have a mini bar set up..” Delcan explained. And I agreed with the guys.

“Okay, that was easy,” Daniel said.

It's really hard to believe how much Daniel is talking to me. When he was with Nevada he barely even spoke to me. She does most of the talking. My father, on the other hand, hasn't said more than a few words to me… ever since I walked away from them. Maybe he just doesn't like me. Or worse, he has something sinister planned against me…. But I guess I am just going to have to wait and see.

“Lastly, the 3 of you need to decide what you are going to wear. The twins will be in matching suits.. The color and style is up to them, therefore your dress must match,” Nevada said.

“Alright, that seems easy enough,” I answered.

I look at Dalton and Delcan and smiled. Their faces lit up. I knew right there the dirty thoughts that were running through their brains.

“But now is the harder part. During this ceremony, It is almost certain that Morgana will show her face..” Nevada added.

“Once that happens, we need to be ready because without a doubt Morgana is going to bring the shadow people with her and it is going to be the beginning of a rough night.” My mother said,

“And I am damn sure that once I am introduced officially as their mate and Luna Jason is going to show..” I chimed in.

“Right so that makes 3 shadow people possibly more.. How are we going to deal with this considering they are very fast and very dangerous.” Delcan said

“I am also very fast.. Faster than anyone here.. I bet I could possibly be faster than them as well.” I responded

“We know this love. But you are not faster than them. They are different… Even more different than you..” Dalton expressed.

“Well how different could Morgana be? I mean not that long ago… she was just a werewolf…” I stated and my mother hung her head low. There was something she was not telling us.

“Not exactly..”

“What do you mean not exactly?” I asked, starting to get a little upset.

“Well, in order for one to become a shadow person, they need to have it in their blood.” She explained.

“Well Morgana didn't have that in her blood, did she? I mean she was a werewolf..” My father asked. I guess my mother didn't let him in on this either.

“Every werewolf can have shadow blood. That is not as uncommon as one might think.” she continued.

“But don't you think that if that were true that I could have known this too? I mean you and her were friends but I was there too, remember?”

“No. It can be in your blood your whole life and never used. You would have to want to use it in order for it to show itself.”

My father was getting pissed.

“Yeah I get that but then that would mean that she knew that she had it. And I am telling you that she didn't know that.. Or she would have told you and you would have told me..”

"Honey, please know that I know it's hard to hear. But she did in fact have it in her blood. I have been doing research into the shadow people since we were children. Even more so now that this is going on with Marie,” my mother explained.

There was a knock on the door. This time my mother went to the door to answer it.

“Everyone, I would like to introduce you to Kingston. The Shadow person expert that I told you about.” She introduced him. Once we all got done greeting him we filled him in to what we were just talking about. That was when he chimed in.

“Believe it or not there are way more wer’s who have this in their blood than we think. I believe that most of them are not aware that they have this in their blood..”

My father kept looking between my mother and me with his jaw wide open. I don't think that he was ready to hear all this.. But It is good that its all coming out right now before anything else happens.

“So Morgana is also different. She was born with this in her blood.”

My father was not having it. It was almost like he was in love with her.

“Believe me! Who would she have gotten it from? I have met both of her parents…” he shouted

“Listen...Yes, but you have never met her birth mother. she's never met her either. I know that after she was born her birth mother died. And her father chose a mate to help him in raising her.” Kingston explained to us. “And so her birth mother was a shadow, leaving Morgana half and half.”

Daniel, Nevada and I turn and look at the twins.. If what is being said is true, that would mean that the boys could also have shadow blood…

“Is it possible that one of the twins could have this blood?” Nevada asked Kingston

“Well your majesty considering you have a Lycan, it is very possible.”

“Nah that is impossible… we would know if there was something going on with us right?” Delcan asked.

Dalton didn't say anything.. he just stood there with his eyes wide and mouth open. So then I broke the silence and asked.

“How would they know if they had it?”

No one said anything. The conversation got quiet.. Like weirdly quiet. Then Daniel spoke.

“If what you both are saying is true. It is possible that one of the boys has it…”

“Yes Alpha that is true, and to answer the Queen's question, that would be easy.. They would have shown signs after their first shift.. Every time they got mad They would unleash the shadow power. They would be able to move amongst the shadows.”

“Signs like what?” Dalton asked with a very concerned look on his face.

“Well when you get mad everything starts to get dark around you.. You would be the only one to see it.And there could have even been an instance where you got so mad that you shut your eyes.. And once you opened them you were somewhere completely different.”

“That has never happened to me.. Ever, so I think I could be good right?” Delcan questioned.

“Yes, that is also possible. If you haven't had any weird things happen as of yet.. Then it is possible it skipped you..” Kingston added.

This time while Delcan was talking, Dalton put his head down like he was in trouble. My eyes stayed locked on his as he looked at me through his lashes..

“Dalton? Is everything okay babe?” I felt that there is more to this than we know.

Adam quickly picked his head up.. He looked at me and smiled but it didn't reach his eyes… I don't press Dalton in front of everyone, but I do have some questions for him. That I will ask about later.

“So the last thing that we need to decide is what dress you are going to wear. The guys need to decide on the color of their suits. The color of your dress however is white. You can decide on style.” Daniel said very sternly

Daniel changed the subject like we weren't in just some deep ass conversation. but I decided to go along with him for now. I knew this must be very hard to consider.

“Why white? I am not getting married..” I questioned.

“It is just what is required for the Luna ceremony. It is supposed to represent the moon and our thanks to the Moon Goddess Selene.” Nevada chimed in.

“Ahh makes sense.”
