Louis Roth VII
Louis decided to make the trip to see Eva. He really wanted to be sure the tracker was working but he would ask her out either way. If she said no he would be able to know that it worked the way it was supposed to. If she said yes then he would know that he was on the right path.
When he arrived he saw everyone in the restaurant but he went in anyway. He asked one of the big Mexican guys close to the door if she was available so that he could talk to her. When one of them turned and went over to another Mexican he wasn’t happy. Louis knew that wasn’t her father. Why did he need permission from that man to talk to her.
