It was late at night and everyone was asleep but once again, Gwen was finding it incredibly hard to shut her eyes and get some sleep. They all had exhausting days so naturally, they were all able to sleep easily, leaving the darkness to just Gwen. With her millionth time for the night, she pulled her knees closer to her chest and rested her head on it. She had left the room and was now in the living room, looking around her with the hope she’d feel sleepy and tired anytime soon. Her thoughts kept on roaming, assaulting her and threatening to not give her even the slightest break. It was never ending, ranging from thoughts about home to the new place she was to call her home.
