“Marquis, the palace has sent an invitation to us. Do you want to join to the palace’s party?” the count invited.
“If possible, then why would I turn down such invitation from the palace?” the Marquis replied.
“That would be great! The party will be held tonight, I would suggest you should prepare right away.” the count said.
The Marquis smiled. “I thank you for bringing the invitation to us, Count.”
“Come on, we’re friends, right?” the Count chuckled.
The Count left the estate, he was escorted by the Marquis himself and a servant. After seeing his friend off, the Marquis immediately headed to his wife to inform her the good news he heard. But instead of a happy smile, the Marquis got a surprised reaction from his wife. Alyona became pale upon hearing what his spouse said.
“Are you okay, my dear?” the Marquis asked.
“Ah… yes, I’m fine.” Alyona replied.
Alyona was banished from the country of Prilassi, and her spouse, the Marquis, was oblivious of this. He doesn’t know, what’s her real past and of course she doesn’t want him to know about this. As much as she doesn’t want to go with her spouse, but he was persistent on persuading her. She couldn’t do anything.
