THE UNFATHOMABLE LOVE

The First Day(1)

Amaryllis woke up before her alarm went off. She took her toiletries and proceeded to the washing area. After around forty minutes she returned to her room. She hung the wet clothes on wire and came inside and got dressed. Then she proceeded to call Cheryl and then she called Penelope and Maria.

Cheryl and Penelope were awake and Maria was still lazing out in bed. They both went to the washing area and Amaryllis went to the mess to fetch a cup a milk to drink before breakfast. Amaryllis came back to the room, had milk and got ready. She was wondering what to do with the shawl in her Hand. She had never worn it in her lifetime and it was a headache. She was actually clueless about it.

 She got out of the room and saw Liya. She asked Liya to help her with the shawl and Liya helped her. By the time she was completely ready Cheryl and Penelope came back and got ready, while Maria rushed towards the washing area. In another twenty minutes Cheryl got ready.

Both Amaryllis and Cheryl proceeded towards the mess area for breakfast. Penelope was waiting for Maria, she asked Amaryllis to fetch a cup of tea while returning. Amaryllis and Cheryl were back after their breakfast and Penelope and Maria were getting ready. Amaryllis handed Penelope her cup of tea and went outside to call her parents.

While Cheryl was fixing her hair, Maria and Penelope went out to eat. Amaryllis returned to her room and checked her things and sat on her chair. Cheryl sat on Amaryllis’ bed. Penelope and Maria came back and got ready. There was an announcement to assemble near the entrance of the hostel.

They all gathered in front of the entrance excited and nervous. It was hustling bustling there because of the huge crowd. The caretakers came and all of them proceeded towards the main entrance of the hostel campus. When they were standing inside they could see senior girls walking towards the main gate. The caretakers asked them to stop and asked the crowd inside to go ahead.

 Bullying and ragging are serious issues in college in order to avoid it the caretakers took extra care of the First year students. The crowd reached the main gate of the hostel campus and the care takers asked the crowd to form multiple lines in order to make way for the seniors. Amaryllis and her roommates were in the first row and looking at all the senior girls. Actually it should be they were checking out their senior chicks!!!!
