After reviewing the job details more carefully, Ro had no reservations about signing her name on the dotted line. It wasn't a contract, per se, simply an offer of pay, which was nominal, but it did include a room at the hotel and three meals a day at the hotel restaurant, which made up the difference. The duties listed included answering the phone, scheduling Mr. Rivera's meetings and daily affairs as well as trips, filing, reviewing his expense accounts and making necessary payments, and email duties as assigned by Mr. Rivera. Pretty basic administrative stuff. Ro signed her name with a flourish to accept the terms of employment and sat back in her new chair.
