'’Time to go ladies’' Derek said while he kissed twice Bailey

Paola was relieved, Matthew and Jessica didn't show up in the church nor to the venue, she didn't want to see them and she understood that Jessica was of the same opinion. It was the time of the first dance for the newlyweds, she felt very confident when she walked in her red couture dress, an amazing gown with silk satin pleated A-line skirt and sleeveless velvet backless bodice with plunging v neckline and an embellished belt. Her hair were the natural blonde with some more highlights in beach waves, indeed everyone was looking at her, as soon as she went on stage, Matthew and Jessica arrived, she only realized when the newlyweds stopped to greed them.

It was too late for her to leave the stage, to find an excuse, something, the worst part was that they were seated in the front row very near to where she was standing. She left staring at Jessica for few seconds, that was not the Jessica she knew, her hair were very short, she was very thin, almost skinny and she looked way older than her age. She felt very sorry for her, she swallowed and noticed that the orchestra was waiting for her to start.. 'My all' by Mariah Carey, that was the song the newlyweds chose, she tried to keep her eyes closed and concentrate to the music, the lyrics, but every rhyme, every word, every sentence of the song was reminding him. He was sitting in front of her with Jessica and she knew that they would never be together, she knew it.

Her voice was angelic, that's how it was described always, she could do amazing things with her voice and her performance was stunning up until the moment she opened her eyes and looked at the audience, she saw him, her voice changed, became hoarse, she was trying to hold her tears back, as soon as the song finished she brought her hands to her lips and sent a big kiss to the newlyweds while everybody around was cheering and clapping. She put the microphone behind her and left from the scene, Matthew saw Bailey going after her, that was the confirmation that what happened back then, when he was happy, free, himself, never finished.

‘'Don't worry, as soon as I die, you will be able to live your happily ever after with her'’ Jessica said and left running

'’Jess wait'’

He was trying for ten minutes to find her when he saw all three of them, that image took him back then, when they were rehearsing with the group, when things were so different, immediately he went near, it was the end of the conversation, he only heard Paola telling to Jessica that she was deeply sorry for hurting her feelings but she didn't regret that night.

'’Did you regret that night Matthew?'’

'’It's time to go Jess'’

'’Answer me!'’ she screamed

'’Stop yelling, someone will hear you'’

'’Answer me'’ she said, yelling again.

'’No I didn't, satisfied now?’' he yelled back at her!

'’Still he will engage with me, he will marry me, he will have children with me’' Jessica screamed to Paola when she was walking to the opposite direction with Bailey following her.

Three months after that incident she was sitting in the uncomfortable seats of the Saint Catherine Cathedral in Midmond city, her hair were hold back in a low bun, she was wearing a long black dress, she was holding hands with Bailey who was sobbing, she tried to comfort her but she was chocking from her own tears. She didn't want things to end this way, their friendship to be ruined and after so much time that passed, to meet again under bad terms. She really didn't want Jessica to die, her love for Matthew was so deep, however if someone would give her the option to bring Jessica back and not to see Matthew again, she would do it.
