Today seems like the day. The energy is unnatural. My eyes will catch that glimpse and my feet will hasten. My lips will move and this heart will be poured out. I pity your ears dear Gift, They'd be full before I am done. Here she comes, Looking better than the limits of my expectations. Oh to be mine, my earnest longing and prayer. Who is that bloke walking up to you? The look on your face does not paint him as known. What dish of sweet nothings is he serving up? The smile on your face scares me. Like metal to magnets, he clings onto you. It repels me to have to watch him shoot his shot. All the way to your destination and back, he follows. While I gloat in my heart and stalk with my eyes. Then the most beautiful thing happened as you passed, You noticed me noticing you, waved and then smiled. Today may not be the day, but Gift smiled at me
