Campbell Vaughn's phone buzzed with a text message as he watered the plants on his porch. He had just finished washing his breakfast dishes and dressed to meet up with Pari for a morning trip to the resort where the team members were residing. The text was from Pari to let him know she was running a few minutes behind. She asked Campbell to phone either James or Rosemary to learn whether any of the cast members used weapons or weapon-like objects during any of their past performances. Pari ended her text by saying she would meet Campbell in front of his bungalow in ten minutes.
