Chapter 38
Not finding the Spectacular Spectaculaire team in any of the conference rooms in the business wing of the Crown Flower Bay Resort, Pari and Campbell went up a staircase to check the meeting rooms on the second floor. Some of the rooms were in use, but not by the team they searched for. They halted at the end of the hallway beside a large window overlooking a lush flower and vine garden outlined by soaring palm trees.
"What if James misled me and they have already headed to the airport?" Campbell asked.
"Please try to phone James again," Pari said. "I have something to give them. The script. But I wanted them all gathered together to glean their reactions to it. We are running out of time and, honestly, I don't know what else to do at the moment to solve this."
