Chapter 3 Diane guided Golly’s hoomun to the tiny break room and got her settled down at the tiny formica table. Now that the excitement was over and Golly was going to be okay, the woman’s hands shook with adrenaline and relief. She could finally see the person, and not the emergency. Katie Rogers was a little taller than Diane, and had a Rubenesque figure and rosy, cherubic face. Thick hair the color of burnt oak hung down to her shoulders.
