(Alex’s POV)
When we finally got to the site, we parked the buses out of sight about two miles off. We didn’t know if we’d be able to bring them in after we rescued the Alphas or if we’d be making a break for it. We were all praying for the former option, though.
Everyone got off the bus but April, so I stayed with her and once everyone was off the bus she stood up and started to shimmy out of her loose joggers, “Babe! What the f**k are you doing?” She just laughed at me and said nothing before standing up to reveal she was wearing shorts under the pants. I just rolled my eyes.
