As we went downstairs, the scent of coffee and hot foods surrounded me, making my tummy grumble. I was sort of tugging a chuckling Alex along without giving a single f**k to all the curious looks we were getting. Yep, that's right, people. This is me not giving a single, solitary f**k. No f**ks given here. Why? Because I was on a mission! No-one gets in my way when I’m on a mission, no-one! “Whoa, babe!? Where're you taking me? The library's that way.” Alex was pointing down a hall to our right, but I continued onward. “You need food, first! I’m not about to listen to you whine about being hungry while we're researching.” Yup, I’m blaming it on him! Shhhh. Our secret.
