(Wyatt’s POV)
We were taking our time setting up the challenge circle and getting ready for this, trying to buy April as much time as possible. I swear Mark is an id**t, though. You should hear him, he has no game at all. I just shook my head at his comments as he b*tched about this whole process.
Tyler finally moved into the circle and motioned us to opposing sides. I'd already taken off my shirt and shoes but we waited patiently for Mark to do the same. Once he was ready, Tyler spoke, “Alpha Wyatt, since you issued the challenge you determine the stakes. What will you be fighting for?” I looked straight into Mark's eyes as I said, “Leadership of the packs.” Tyler gave a curt nod as he turned to Mark and asked, “Alpha Mark, do you accept these terms or wish to add anything to them?”
