On the other hand, the battle between Neil and Rott was no less ferocious. You could say, Neil was so overwhelmed. because before that, his mana was drained out while he was imprisoned. Rott returned to spin his weapon above his head. The chain rotation is very fast, it forms like a propeller.

"Chain Propeller"

Just like the previous attack, Rott stopped the propeller, and stretched the chain right at Neil, the end of the chain shot out fast, the spiked iron ball was about to hit Neil. Neil couldn't follow with that velocity. That instant attack was hit him. He could only block with Blade in his hand. Then Neil bounced back a bit.

Nonetheless, Neil just bounced back, luckily his body didn't fall, he could still resist the attack. He was still able to stand even though his knees trembled. But who knows what happens if he receives another similar attack.

After launching the attack, Rott pulled back the chains. Neil wondered how to get close to Rott. But at a glance, he saw the length of the chain. And it turned out that where Neil was standing now, the Chain didn't reach him. He is still standing where he is now. He still maintains that position.

Neil predicts if he had still infuriated Rott, Rott will launch a rash attack. Neil also mocked Rott with a sarcastic, he said "haha your body looks strong, but your attacks are so weak"

Then like the previous attack, Rott spun the chain over his head, spinning so fast. Faster than the previous attacks. Even the rotation gave off the fire. It warms up the surrounding temperature till it goes through Neil's skin.

"Fire Chainwheel"

Quickly the spiked iron ball smeared with flames attacked Neil. With the temperature so hot as if to break the air in its path. Seeing the attack Neil muttered "How dumb you are"

Taking only a second, the Rott strike got closer to Neil, but it landed exactly one step ahead of Neil, the attack was so powerful until the spiked iron ball stabbed into the floor so deeply, even the quakes of the attack were felt to the floor around it. The ball didn't hit Neil. He was only hit by the fire that enveloped the iron ball, it was so hot, Neil's clothes were a little burned. And some of Neil's skin was blistered.

However, that was Neil's plan, what he predicted came true, His plans were on track. He had predicted that the length of the chain would not hit him if he were in his current position. And sure enough, it happened according to his plan.

Quickly, Neil jumped forward, then he landed and stood in chains. Neil ran towards Rott through the chain path. He coated his feet with electric elements to make his pace faster. Even though the chains were enveloped in flames, Neil continued to run along the chain's path. This is the only chance for Neil to get closer to Rott.

Rott was shocked to see Neil's unexpected movement. Rott immediately pulled back the chain, but the spiked iron ball was not attracted, due to the ball was buried so deeply in the ground following the powerful attack.

Unexpectedly, Neil was already right in front of Rott, he intended to stab Rott's heart with the dagger, seeing that, inevitably, Rott once again coated his burly body with mana, and he was screamed out, "Howaaa.…"

The fiery aura that spread out to Rott's body was getting more and more burning. He knew it was all he could do to defend against Neil's attack.

But due to the strengthening of his body with that mana, his mana was drained away. And he didn't get the chance to fill his mana with the Bluestone he kept in his pocket. Even worse, he didn't even have time to pick up the stone. Rott also bets on draining all his mana to coat his body.

Even with a bit of mana left, Neil charged his dagger with the element of electricity.

Neil stabbed Rott through the heart with the dagger. The attack was so powerful, it could even kill a person in one hit.

Due to Neil's attack and Rott's Body collided. The two of them each bounced in the opposite direction. Rott was knocked off the floor, his body was seen falling and lying on the ground, he even released the chain weapon that he had held before, he looked so weak and painful.

As for Neil, He was bounced upwards a bit far, but he was bouncing right above Rott, and he was still conscious. He knew that his attack just now wasn't enough to kill Rott.

As he fell on Rott under gravity, he gathered up all the remaining mana in his right hand. He intended to continue the final attack. It can be seen that Neil's right hand has so much electricity. Not even the fingers of his right hand, only electricity could be seen enveloping Neil's right palm.

Then Neil shouted, "accept my last strike, feel the anger of my revenge all this time".

"Death Shock"

Neil launched his skill, he put his palm right on Rott's heart. And immediately, a shockwave flowed through Rott's body. Rott can only sleep on his back and resign from the attack, Rott's body is so weak due to the previous attack, and he also runs out of mana.

"Arrrgg.…."

Rott was moaning in pain from the powerful electric shock. He looked like a death row inmate was executed. His arms, legs, head and body twitched after receiving the attack.

Less than nine seconds, Rott's heart stopped beating, his heart couldn't pump and circulate blood. Followed by their arms, legs head and body, they slowly limp and don't move. And immediately Rott couldn't breathe anymore. He also died from the Death Shock attack.

After the attack, Neil's body rolled to the left next to Rott's body. Neil's palms look charred, it seems like the side effect of this deadly attack is that his hands have become scorched, plus the scars from Rott's body aura. So you can see that Neil's right palm is so black.

Neil's eyesight slowly turned into a firefly, it seems that his last attack also had side effects on his body. He slowly closed his eyes. And finally, He was passed out.

From the far side near the descending stairs, Gristie and Jill were amazed at the battle that had just happened. They shook their heads as they saw a life and death battle before them.

Gristie also said quietly. "It's a terrible fight, let's go, Jill, is the long-haired guy still alive?"

Then Gristie and Jill got up. They slowly and exhaustedly approached Neil and Rott's bodies. They both are holding hands with each other. When they got to the location where Neil and Rott lay. Gristie and Jill approached them. Then Gristie's hand grabbed Rott's neck to check his pulse to feel if he was still alive. It turned out that Gristie didn't feel any beat. What she is holding has now become a corpse. Gristie also said, "Looks like this burly guard is dead, what about that long-haired man, Jill?"

Jill also took Neil's left hand, she held Neil's left wrist. After holding it for a few seconds, Jill smiled, she looked so delightful, then she said with relief to Gristie "Thank God, I still feel his pulse, he just fainted"

Gristie also let out a long sigh, then exhaled slowly. She looks relieved too. Then Gristie said to Jill, "He's just passed out, maybe he's Overdrained."

Then Jill curiously asked Gristie, she turned to Gristie's face and asked "what is Overdrained?"

Then Gristie explained to Jill about Overdrained, she replied "Overdrained is due someone has run out of mana"

Overdrained is a condition for someone where they have used up too much mana to the point where that person is drained and it is not left, you could say that person has only zero mana remaining in his body.

Then Jill asked Gristie with great worry, she asked "then how to treat it?"

Gristie also replied in a calm, "take it easy, you don't need to worry, just rest for a while until the mana fills up again, surely he'll be conscious"

Gristie's answer soothed Jill, Jill smiled happily. He slowly untied Neil's hair which covered a little of his face. Neil's face looked so sweaty with a trace of dust stuck to his forehead.

With a face of love, Jill muttered, "If you look closely, you're cute too, Neil". Jill returned her cute smile.

Then when Jill bandaged Neil's wound, she tore some cloth from Neil's shirt. She carefully bandaged Neil's left-back and palm.

Likewise, with Gristie, She sat near the wall by leaning her back against the wall while holding her legs together. She bandaged his arms which were cut due to the wind blows from Hert in the previous battle.

And that's how the fierce battle that took place on the fifth floor between Neil, Gristie and Jill against one of Cerberus white towers, Rott and Hert, ended. And the outcome of that battle was won by Neil's Side despite the tense atmosphere of life and death.

Meanwhile, on the tenth floor, Jim is still struggling with Colt. The two of them also felt the quake from the attack launched by Rott some time ago, Jim also looked worried about what was happening downstairs. But he shouldn't worry too much about that. Because he is still facing a formidable enemy in front of him. He also put aside the quake earlier, now he is more focused on fighting and beating him.
