Getting To Know The New Kids (Pt.2)

We had just got to warehouse and got off our bikes when I got a text message from my mom

M-WE NEED TO TALK WHEN YOU GET HOME HURRY UP

I didn't even bother to answer I just rolled my eyes. However Isaac saw me and his face said he was confused. I just shook my head so he wouldn't ask. But Addie was already outside to meet us.

"It's from her mom" Addie said 

"Thanks for that by the way" I said to her a little annoyed

"What's it about?" he asked concerned 

"The fact that she beat up Tyler" Matt said this time. I didn't even realize that the rest of my team and his were out here

"I mean it stop" I said to them

"Why is it about the fact that she beat up Tyler?" he asked

"Because our parents are rich people who want their kids to act "proper" " Kevin said this time

"Ok seriously stop it" I said to all of them annoyed

"Let's just say we try to not beat up kids that much because like Kev said our parents get pissed that their kids don't act right" I said now looking at Isaac

"Ummm is there something we missed?" Addie said confused. I turned to Isaac giving him the look that I was gonna tell them and he just nodded.

"I'll tell you guys later" I said and they all nodded 

"Hey, so how exactly did you beat up Tyler Ray?" Mason asked me and I smirked

I turned to my team and they gave me the look that we should tell them.

"Well, that would be from our siblings" I said leaning against my bike

"They taught us all how to fight when we were 13. It's how we met actually" I said looking at my team

"Ok so then what else can you do?" Mason asked 

I started to walk over to Addie and she nodded as I did

"This" we said in sync 

We both did two cartwheels, one aerial, two back handsprings, and a backflip which we landed. When we looked at their faces they were shocked.

"How the hell did you guys do that in sync?" Isaac was the on to ask now

"Like I said our siblings. They taught all of us everything we know" I said and me and Addie wrapped our arms around each others shoulders as we walked into the warehouse and the rest of our team and Isaac's followed

"If you don't mind me asking, what happened to your siblings? You keep talking about them in the past tense" Alex was the one to ask after we sat down

"They died in a car crash 3 years ago" Matt said for me

"I'm sorry" Isaac said

"Don't be, it was 3 years ago. It's not like you caused it" I said which is what my team was thinking

"It's actually why our parents don't like us to be out alone. They think we're gonna do the same things our siblings did. Which is actually really far off because we don't do drugs and we rarely ever drink" Addie said 

After talking for about 3 hours we all started to get hungry

"Hey are you guys hungry? We know a great place to get some food" Kev said to all of them

And we all started laughing 

"What's so funny? Mason asked

"It's our inside joke. We come to the warehouse after school so we don't have to talk to our parents, and we go to this diner so we don't have to eat with them. Except when they're on business trips, then we eat at our houses" Matt said

"That seems kind of mean towards your parents doesn't it?" Kyler asked this time

"Trust me if you don't want there to be a blood bath every night than its best we don't eat with our parents" I said

"So do you guys wanna come" Matt asked again

They all turned to each other as if they were debating something

"Yeah sure" Isaac said

"Ok, let's go" Kevin said to all of us

I turned the radio off the police channel and onto a normal radio station before we left and Isaac looked at me weirdly 

"Why did you do that?" he questioned and my team looked at him

"Because if this place gets raided while we're gone their gonna take all the stuff that's important. And if we accidently leave it on the police channel their going to take it" Addie said with a 'duh' tone in her voice

"And it took us forever to get this radio, so we don't want to lose it" she said closing her statement off

"Don't mind her, she forgets that not everyone knows the things we know" Matt said to Isaac while looking at Addie

We left the warehouse and went to the diner as usual. We ordered our normal things and Isaac and his friends ordered their food. We had been at the diner for about an hour and had just finished our food when some people walked in and Isaac, Mason, Alex, and Kyler all tensed up. The people noticed them and walked up to us.

"Well, well, well look who we have here" one of the guys said

"Isaac, and Mason. We've been looking for you guys all day. Where have you been?" another guy said

I turned to look at my team and they had the same confused look as I did on their faces. I then turned to Isaac who was staring at the 2 guys.

"Why don't you guys go, and we'll talk tomorrow" Isaac suggested to the two men

"So you guys can disappear again I don't think so" one of them said back to Isaac

"Today was a complete misunderstanding. We forgot about the meeting because we were so busy" Mason said to one of the guys

"Fine, but you better show up or else we won't be so understanding next time" the fist guy said

And with that they left the diner.

"Ok what the hell was that" I asked before my team could

"That was a trade gone bad" Mason replied before Isaac 

"Are you guys ok?" Addie asked all of them but was looking at Mason

"Yeah we're just gonna talk to them tomorrow and get it all settled" Mason said as Isaac looked at me with concern

I looked at my phone and saw that is was already 9.

"Sorry we have to go. My mom is going to be pissed" I said and Addie got up with me to leave

"Bye guys" we said in sync before we left the diner

We got on our bikes and left the diner to go to my house.
