** ROMAN’S POV **
Even though Nick asked us to stay low, I could not help but want to talk to Angela, which is why I parked my car in front of her house this morning and followed her to where she got on the school bus. It is getting difficult to pin my finger as to who that smell belonged since the both of them are always together.
‘I am going to speak with Angela first and see if she is the one that I am looking for!’
‘That is a promising idea!’ Rex started howling in my head pacing restlessly.
‘Rex, let me handle this and promise me that you are not going to ruin it by taking over me’.
‘What? Why? I never do anything to ruin it for you, coz ruining it for you means ruining it for me too!’
‘Just PROMISE me’.
He rolled his eyes at me ‘Fine… I promise to be on my best behavior!’
