The tent was set in the clearing where Nichliah had taken Alisha a couple of years back.

2 Large tents facing each other with the truck parked to the right of the tents and in the middle of the two 2 tents was a small fire pit with seats and a BBQ.

Nicliah had taken Alisha's weapons out of the Dojo and placed them in his truck along with a few other new pieces he had gotten for her.

"This is so cool Uncle Nicco, I've never been camping before"

Alisha was too happy to be outside in the open smiling as she watched Drake walk around the tree line waving his hands about casting spells, the look on his face was pure annoyance.

Alisha made her way over to him hoping she could help.

"Hey Drake you good?"

Drake looked over to Alisha walking over she seemed a lot better than before.

"yeah I'm fine my protection spells just don't seem to be working, the boss wanted to make sure you were safe is all."

Alisha's face showed a sorry expression.

"I think that's my fault"

Alisha shook her hands out in front of her and then clapped her eyes shining Gold. The power that was coming off her was insane as a gold light admitted from within her making its way around the campground and into the forest like a visible bubble.

"Mother said spells wouldn't work on me or around me.''

Drake was in awe of Alisha and what she had just done with the clap of her hands. As he was looking around at the protection spell it was bigger than anything he had ever seen.

"She has me do weird things when we trained with my powers ever since I got my marking, my wolf doesn't like it very much."

Drake's head whipped fast to meet Alisha's face which now showed she was worried and scared.

"What does she make you do Alisha?"

He had a thought that her mother was taking power from her and using it as her own which would explain why Mischon would get tired fast but he had no proof only that she lied to him when she spoke about mother-daughter time.

Alisha sighed sitting on the dirt patch in front of a little tree and placed her hands on the dirt. Her hand pulsed and the tree grew into a large tree that was strong and healthy.

Drake was surprised at what she had just done.

Alisha stood dusting her pants off and smiled sadly.

"She has me do that but 100s times bigger and into an artifact. She said I had too much power that could hurt people even Josh. But I'd never let myself hurt Josh ever."

"What does this artifact look like Alisha?"

She looked at him a little confused but she crouched down drew something in the dirt then stood back letting him see the picture.

Drake's eyes showed more annoyance his face showed anger as his lip twitched up showing his fangs and the color of his golden eyes grew dark making Alisha a little more confused.

"Do you know what that is Drake?" she asked because she didn't know what it was apart from what her mother told her.

"Yes" He soothed in anger "Dont ever do that again Alisha a witch should never use something like that ever, You hear me"

Alisha was a little surprised by his words but had to ask.

"What is it?' She tipped her head to the side her innocent face was lost and Drake had to pull in his anger because it wasn't her fault she didn't know what her mother had been doing.

"Just promise me you will never put power into that artifact again Alisha, I can't believe your mother had you near that thing"

she was still confused as her question wasn't answered.

The sound of the bushes beside them caught both of their attention as a dead deer was thrown to their feet and Kayleen jumped out.

"I caught dinner" His handsome face came into view, and Alisha took in his bare chest showing off all the mussels.

she noticed his skin was wet from sweat making him look so hot, her eyes traveled lower she saw his abs and that v-shape on full display he had a tattoo on the left side of his hip almost the same as her own. Her face blushed bright red as she remembered she kissed him on the cheek.

"Hey, beautiful like what you see?"

Kayleen had a smirk on his face as he caught her checking him out.

"NO" Alisha walked away embarrassed hearing Kayleen's voice in a low chuckle making her insides weak she walked faster towards her uncle.

Later that night the four of them enjoyed the meat Kayleen caught on the BBQ as they sat around the fire pit.

Alisha was seated opposite Kayleen, Her uncle next to her sitting opposite Drake.

Now and again she would catch Kayleen staring at her with lust and love in his eyes but he would look away as soon as their eyes made contact.

Her uncle noticed every time and saw Alisha blush every time too.

"What are you doing to my niece Kay?" Nicliah had his eyebrow up looking towards Kayleen.

"I think she is my mate... My wolf keeps howling every time she is near. He can't forget about her kissing me."

Before Kayleen could stop himself the words came out. When he realized what he had said his eyes went wide and shifted from Alisha to her uncle who looked angry and annoyed.

"Did you want to die now in front of my niece or in private?"

Kayleen wasn't sure what to do and shifted in his seat a little uncomfortable.

"Uncle"

Alisha was trying to get her uncle's attention she had asked him a question but he never responded.

" So can we?' she asked again.

"Sorry kiddo what did you want i was in my little world of hell just now I didn't hear your question."

"a run. can we go on a run? Deliah wants out"

He saw her eyes shining blue and purple he smiled at her.

"Let's go kiddo it has been a while since she ran with her favorite uncle"

Alisha laughed "My only uncle"

Alisha stood up half folding her blanket on her seat and walked behind a gain't tree to shift.

Her uncle removed his clothes and shifted into his giant black wolf that had blue eyes he was two times bigger than any other Alpha alive. His wolf looked over to Kayleen showing his teeth making Kayleen grin.

Deliah came out from behind the tree and Drake and Kayleen were on their feet in complete shock at the look of Alisha's wolf.

she was almost the same size as her uncle's wolf pure white with the same bright blue eyes the power that she was letting off was insane. Kayleen had to hold his wolf down as he howled in satisfaction of seeing Deliah his eyes were shining bright green.

Nicliah noticed this and took off running knowing Alisha and Deliah would follow him.

"Bro, what's going on with you? The boss looks like he wants to kill you" Drake noticed the change in Kayleen

"I think... I think she is my mate" Kayleen let out in a low whisper causing Drake to be surprised by his statement.

"Well, you're not going to know until her birthday tomorrow, and you know the boss will kill you right?" Drake let out a laugh making Kayleen smile a little.

"He won't if I am her mate, he wouldn't hurt her"

At the thought of being her mate, Kayleen had a smile on his face.
