Stepping into the room the other 3 men greeted Luna and then their eyes landed on Lisha and Josh.
They were all stunned at seeing them both but bowed to them and greeted them.
"Hello, young lady and young master I'm Steven this here to my right is Ash, and this here to my left is Andrew. You must be Alisha and Josh. It is finally good to meet and see you both" The man in the middle of the trio spoke. Lisha felt a weird vibe coming from him. She nodded to them and walked away from them toward her father who stood hugged her and kissed her and her brother on the head.
" be nice princess, they are witches from your mother's old coven."
Her father mind linked her.
"Dont care, don't like them, they feel weird"
Her father giggled a little and looked at the 3 men.
"Sorry about my daughter she doesn't like to speak much"
He flicked his head towards the fireplace where there was a mat and some toys for Josh to play with, Lisha stepped away and placed Josh on the mat and played with him as the Adults started their meeting. As they were talking she took no notice of their conversation and pulled out her uncle's phone and decided to message him.
"some weird people from Mothers old Coven are here in the pack house. I don't like the vibe they are giving off."
she pushed send and put the phone down in front of her.
After a few seconds, a message popped up from her uncle.
"Names?"
she messaged back.
"Ash, Steven, and Andrew"
She put the phone back down. Then another message popped up.
"What did they want from your father?"
She sat and listened to their conversation for a bit.
"We need your help with it, we have tried to reach out to him for some jobs but he keeps ignoring our request. Isn't there anything you can do? we know he is your older brother but we have tried everything."
Her Father stands and looks out the window and sighs
"They are talking about you uncle" Lisha pushes send
"Yes he is my brother but if he doesn't want to work with you he won't there is nothing I can do"
"That's not good enough we need him! These jobs are important! just order him to do it DAMIT!" The man Steven yells at my Father standing up and wacking his hands on the table making Josh scared and he starts to cry. Lisha stands and frowns at the man with her glasses on.
Her mother sees her daughter standing and walks over to pick Josh up.
"Steven please mind your words and actions my children are present"
The man scuffs and sits back down.
Luna settles Josh down and puts him back on the floor to play as they continue their meeting.
Lisha sees her phone flash again and a message pops up.
"Dont worry kiddo let them cry and beg I still won't help them"
She is still standing and she notices her fathers Beta watching her and looking at Steven with the same frown she has.
"They made Josh cry" she types and sends it to her uncle her body is shaking.
They go back to talking again and Lisha is still standing between her brother and the adults sitting across from her father.
The phone in her hand rings and she picks it up and puts the phone to her ear.
"Lisha, are you ok?"
Everyone is looking at her and she is still staring at the man named Steven.
"I don't think so Uncle Nicco." she starts to breathe heavily.
Her Father's and mother's eyes go wide.
"Child is that your uncle... Give me that Phone!" The man Steven yells at her banging the table with his hands again making Josh cry.
At the sound of her little brother crying again, she drops the phone but before it hits the mat she dashes to the man named Steven who is already standing, and wraps her hand around the back of his head slamming his face into the table. The sound of Steven's nose breaking and him crying out in pain echoes in the room.
Then the sound of the phone hits the ground as the loudspeaker button is pushed and everyone is shocked it all happened so fast that they couldn't react.
"My mother told you to mind your words and actions. You made my brother cry again"
The adults are frozen in their seats and a loud laugh is heard on the phone.
"Lisha let him go" Her Father is the first to speak as her mother rushes over to Josh and picks him up.
The laughter on the phone is still heard.
"Brother you're not helping at all stop laughing!" Her Father yells at the phone on the ground.
"Lisha let him go and take Josh out of the room. Leave the phone on the table." Her Uncle is still laughing.
Lisha steps away from the man crying in pain grabs Josh from her mother and leaves the room.
She stands just outside the door of her father's office and tries to calm down Josh stops crying the moment they step out of the room she sits just outside and starts to play with Josh making him laugh and giggle.
A few minutes later the door opens and the 3 men give quick looks at Lisha and hurry to exit the packhouse.
She walks back into the room and she can still hear her Uncle on the phone laughing about what Lisha did. The only other person smiling is the Beta.
"It's not funny brother she broke his nose" She hears her Father trying to scold his older brother who only giggles and replies.
"Brother calm down be lucky that's all she did. I can only imagine what she would do if that man hurt Josh like the floor did when he started walking don't you remember" Her uncle laughs again.
"Uncle Nicco, when will you be coming back?" Lisha walked up to the phone and picked it up with one hand turning off the speaker and putting it up to her ear while holding Josh in the other.
"I'll be back before your birthday kiddo you know I wouldn't miss that for the world" Her Uncle responded making her smile.
"You said a couple of months it has almost been a year" She missed her Uncle.
"I know Lisha work has been ongoing but I'll see you in a couple of days okay kiddo?"
Lisha breathes out and smiles again.
"Okay, Uncle Nicco I'll see you soon. Bye"
She hung up the phone and put it in her pocket "Lish" Lishas eyes grew wide with her smile as she heard Josh call her name
"Lish Lish Lish" Josh starts clapping his hands and smiling at his sister.
She was so happy she spun him around and smiled at him brushing her nose to his making him smile and giggle as he grabbed her face with his little hands.
Her mother and father are in shock the first words he said were his sister's name not mum or dad it was Lish.
"Yes Josh my handsome little brother" She sat on the couch with her brother clapping his hands.
"Lisha we need to organize your birthday honey, what would you like?" her mother asks trying to pull her attention away from
Josh.
"Just the normal Train run cake train run" she replies to her mother not even caring about anything but her little brother and him saying her name.
Her father Beta frowns "Train?" he asks confused then looks to his Alpha with a confused glance.
He had never seen Alisha in any training seasons.
"you can come to train with the pack if you want Alisha?" The Beta response.
"NO NO NO" Both her parents say standing and replying for Lisha who was too busy smiling at Josh.
