But what worried him the most was the sheet of paper attached to the mannequin’s face. With the words ‘you’re next’ in capitals. Daniel didn’t need to be a genius to know it was a threat.
A threat towards Nick. He was meant to be here and find it himself. It would certainly have the effect of freaking him out. Daniel was quite freaked just looking at it.
Did this mean Kathy was dead? Daniel didn’t know, but it certainly indicated that something bad was going on and Nick was the target. Had Kathy been kidnapped to torment Nick? It
