Chapter 4Jamie didn’t need to ask if something had happened between Daniel and Nick when he came into the house. He just had to look at them. Nick hurried from the kitchen to the stairs, his cheeks bright red and unable to look Jamie in the eye. And from the bulge in his jeans, he was still aroused. Daniel had looked the same, but his sparkling eyes never looked away as Jamie came into the room.
He had to admit that he was a little annoyed. Jamie had thought he and Daniel had come to an agreement about Nick. With something strange going on and Kathy possibly in danger, they shouldn’t be focusing on drawing a younger man into their relationship. But Daniel seemed to have started early anyway.
