Chapter 11

1162 Words
Laura P.O.V The princess has been treating me with better respect since I made a big impression that I'm the legendary Karl Klein's daughter. I am grateful for her amiable actions toward me than her previous arrogant attitude. Somehow this leaves me with a great disappointment. I want people to respect me for who I am and not for what I am. Now I finally I understood why my father decided to become Tristan Glimpse than the legendary Karl Klein. I flopped down on to the soft cotton bed. I grabbed my pillow to hug it tightly. The sweet fragrance on the pillow made feel a sense of relief washing away all my tensions. It is one of the most relaxing places of all. I have a strange feeling of I am forgetting something. I can't recall what it is. I have a really great memory and the only struggle I have is finding Ahri. If she's here with me right now she will definitely tell not to worry about things. Hopefully, I can meet her soon. I want to touch and hold her in my arms. I am in desperate need of her affections. I love her and this isn't enough for me to express my feeling for her. I want to find her right this instance but there are many obstacles hindering my way from finding her. I can't stop the thoughts of wanting beside me. I don’t like the thought of waking up one morning in a complete strangers house without seeing Ahri. It made feel as though she was just one of my fantasies. The thought of this filled me with fright. I want to believe in something real like waking up to find her in my arms. The smell of her sweet fragrant hair filled the room. This love is making me crazy. Is that how it feels to fall deeply and madly in love with someone? Love is such a pain. I held on to my pillow thinking about Ahri until I fell into a deep sleep. I had entered the forest again and this always brings me joy. I walked in and as easily as it sounds, I had found my beloved Ahri sitting on the flat solid ground. The full moon reflected on her beautiful skin. Full moon. s**t! Something flashed across my mind as I remembered what I’ve forgotten. At every full moon, my wolf becomes the strongest with bloodthirst. She will not just hurt one person but will kill until she satisfied with her bloodthirst. I needed to get away from her. Ahri eyes met with mine with anticipation. As much as I wanted to stay, I must quickly leave. I rushed into Ahri arms and pulled her into a tight hug. At first, she seems taken back by my sudden actions but then decided to return the hug. We stayed in this position for a well. "My beloved Ahri, I will set you free, but can you wait?" We parted and stood to look into each other's eyes. "I will always wait," She beamed. Her dazzling smiles always made my heart flutter. "Ahri, do you think you can send me back? I promise I will explain everything to you tomorrow night." "Alright," she replied. I smiled as her radiant silver aura glowed. She grabbed both of my hands and pulled me in then whispered softly into my ears. "I love you, Laura." Then her face went up to my forehead and kissed it. Warmth spread throughout my body. The next thing I knew, I woke up in my room. I glance at the clock and noticed there's still time left for me to chain myself up. My body was starting to get tense. I quickly gathered my box from under the table and pinned the chains tightly to the walls. I painfully handcuffed to my right hand and the other. There were two more chains for both my legs. I could feel my body painfully heated up especially my back. I’m starting to transform into a wolf. I struggle to get that last two chains onto my feet. I tried to grab the bottle of ketamine from the box but pain overpowered me. My vision started to blur as I could feel my eyes transforming to a pitch black and purple-rimmed eyes. My eyes were strange. Long ago, there was a rumor of a girl who possessed the same eyes as mine. Many were feared her by just looking at her eyes Some people ended up losing their lives. She ended up losing her life in the hands of a human being. Now, I had inherited those eyes. I panting heavily for the pain was excruciating. I tried to breathe but found it difficult to do so. I screamed as my teeth got sharper and formed into fangs. My senses and sight heightened as I heard footsteps approaching. It sounded like my parents, but when they tried to open the door, it was locked. My dad swore under his breath as he busts the door down. My father is very impulsive. Alex face become petrified. My father quickly transformed himself into a pitch black Alpha with hints of silver dust while my mother transformed into a snow white wolf with hints of gold dust. Standing in front of me was the two strongest Alphas. I began to tremble with fear. I remained frozen with terror. My parents looked right into my eyes as they roar at the same time making my hair stands up on its own, and fainted at their command of the two royal-blooded Alpha. The next day I woke up still bounded by chains. My clothes were fully torn by my transformation. Despite the pain, I am relief I didn't shed a single drop of blood or cause any harm. I took off the shackles but to see the mark still visible. I got up to search for a mirror and found one in the corner. As I stare into the mirror, I realized that my iris hadn’t returned to normal and still remained the colored of my wolf form. I screamed terrifyingly as I view the strange sight in from of me. What is happening to me? Why does my throat still feel dry? What is happening to my eyes? I am at lost for words. I shooked in fear. My bedroom door had broken down and I heard footsteps entering the room. I did not dare turn around to face my parents, but I knew they still notice it anyways. My hair has started to turn charcoal black and formed a strip of moonlight purple down at the side. "What the-" I heard the princess voice. I could hear her light footsteps as she stops behind me. Then she walks around and faced me. "Oh my god!" she looked at me with shock. "You're the goddess of calamity."
