I have been working at the store for more than two weeks now, but the female employees, particularly the other sales ladies in the store, still treat me like an outsider. They wholeheartedly welcomed the two other new hires who started working at the same time as me, but they seem to be holding a grudge against me for some reason. They don't invite me to eat lunch with them and just ignore me except when they need to talk to me. I decided not to let it affect me and just worked as hard as I could.
I am proving to be an effective salesperson, as I have already managed to hit the individual weekly sales target. Customers seem to be drawn to me, and when they get to my counter, I make sure to do whatever I can to close the sale.
