"Did you see what happened at the arena yesterday?"

"The guy didn’t even show any mercy towards the girls"

"He is just the worst"

"More importantly, how did he get so strong like that? Taking on 4 of them even with a healer on their side" Most of the feedback from the fight were not in favor of Rai. Considering his actions, the opinions of every student present at that time are understandable.

The news spread like wildfire about the fight in the arena. Students were talking about it non stop.

"You should have stopped the fight yesterday, headmaster. He struck fear into the hearts of the students who were watching the fight."The principal had an earful from the student who persistently told him to interrupt the fight.

[This kid giving me a sermon, who does she think she is?]Is what he thought as he look at the girl.

"Are you even listening?" the girl stood in front of the headmaster giving him a stern look.

"Blah, blah, blah. Its their fault for giving in to his provocation. Rai was pretty much pissed yesterday, it was a matter of time before he vent his anger on something. And they just had to become that punching bag." the headmaster manage to say something that he should not have.

"How did you know that he was pissed before the match?" the girl had her arm crossed the moment she realized that the headmaster had a part in Rai’s anger.

"s**t, it slipped from my tongue. Damn this slippery mouth" the headmaster cursed as he saw the figure of the girl getting more ominous in his eyes.

"Did I? I can't remember saying anything like that" the headmaster tried to deny the fact but unfortunately the girl heard him loud and clear.

"So you’re gonna go for that play?" the girl started to tap her fingers as she look at the headmaster.

The headmaster stood up from his seat and went by by the window. The girl’s eyes followed him not missing any slight movements.

"More importantly, isn't the weather today a very pleasing one?" sweat started to fall from his forehead as he tried to change the topic.

The girl just looked at him in disappointment.

"Seriously? That line is not gonna fly" the girl said as she glare at the headmaster.

[Dammit, I failed. This kid] he thought as he started to think of another way out.

While he was thinking for a way out, the girl went beside him and pinched his ear.

"Ow, ow, ow! It hurts you know! Who do you think you are you brat?!" the headmaster shout as he grab a hold of his ear.

"I’m you daughter, you sorry of a father. Enough of this! I’m telling Mom!" the girl shouted in return.

The instant those words reach the headmaster’s ear, he grew pale and grovel instantly begging for his daughter not to report anything that had happen.

“Please my sweet child, anything but that. I promise to do something about what happened” he said while groveling on the floor.

"You’re really afraid of Mom aren’t you?" the girl smiled at her certain victory.

"Even her siblings are afraid of her how can I not?"He mumbled silently, so that his daughter wouldn’t hear a thing.

"Dad please do your work properly, you’re giving me a hard time dealing with this every time."

"Who told you to deal with it in the first place?"

"Duh, you were having a good sleep while they were on it."

"Ahh, I was looking at the papers" the headmaster did another attempt.

His daughter looked at him with suspicious eyes. Sweat started to form in his forehead again.

*This old man is screwed*

[Meanwhile]

"That’s him, he was smiling while beating the group in a fight yesterday" a student pointed out at Rai while he is walking in the hallway.

"Whoa, him?"

"He is skilled as heck"

"I know right? Almost all of his haters were watching yesterday."

"They just got what they deserve"

"Whoa, you siding with him?"

"It was their fault to begin with, I was there when they pissed them off"

"I agree, its not like they’d get beat up if they did not do anything wrong"

"I thought it was cool too"

Rai was walking towards his room for the lecture for the morning. A lot of them had a lot of opinions about his actions but Rai didn’t care in the slightest.

The rest of the day was peaceful and nothing happened.

[That evening in the household of Harris]

"Father please stop elder brother." Harris grab his father’s sleeves as he beg for his father to stop his elder brother from making a scene.

"Stop him? After all the shame I received after hearing the news about what happened, do you expect me to just sit here and do nothing?!" Harris’ father is furious as he slap Harris’ hand.

"We were on the wrong in the first place, and we already reflected on what we have done" Harris insisted as he followed his father relentlessly.

"That kid is lucky enough that your elder brother volunteered, if it were not for him. I could have him murdered!”

[The next day]

"Whoa! Aren't they one of the prestigious guilds in the kingdom?"

The students stood in awe as a number of famous personalities from a guild were walking in their hallway. Equipped with their armors, a lion’s head embedded in their chest plates, the symbol of their guild, the Lion Fang.

"Yeah, I saw another one earlier from another famous guild as well"

"Why are they here?"

"Probably about the fight the other day, seems like they felt humiliated" the students were certain of the reason and came into conclusion as they watch the adventurers pass by.

The next head of every family in the group are walking in the hallways of the academy.

"Seems like it changed a lot" a guy with a blonde hair said as he look around the hallways.

They walk past by a large building with a garden beside it.

"Been a long time" a greeting came from a man sitting on a bench in the center of the garden.

"There is Reke from the Overhaul guild" a woman with a slender body and a fair skin pointed at the man. She is beautiful enough to be able to turn the heads of everyone she passes by.

The group approached him. He is a guy with a good build that shows his manliness. The rest were elegant and were high class.

"Yo, you look sturdy as usual." says the guy with a blonde hair.

Reke just look at them as he stood up.

"What are the bunch of you doing here creating a fuss?" he asked as he look at them seriously.

"Same intentions as yours’"

"Were here to pay our respects to the guy who humiliated our siblings the other day." a guy said as he form a knuckle from his hands.

"Aren’t you here for the same reason?" the same guy ask Reke as he put his hands in his pocket.

"Hmmmm" Reke look at them indifferently as he answered.

After exchanging a few words, they went and look for Rai. Harris and his group saw his elder brother thanks to the students who were talking about the adventurers.

"Brother please stop this madness" Harris block the way as he tried to stop his elder brother.

"Move out of the way, Harris" his elder brother swept him away.

"Hey you guys! Try and stop them will you?"

The others tried to convince their brothers and sisters to stop their plan. But it did not work, word reached the principal which made him rush towards Rai’s room. He met with his daughter on the way.

"Where the heck is Rai right now?" he ask as sweat started to fall from his forehead.

"He’s in our classroom Dad" she answered immediately

"Call me headmaster in the academy" he corrected as he look at his adorable daughter.

"Yes, yes headmaster" she said as she rolled her eyes

"It would be bad if they start a fight, the academy might get trashed" he informed his daughter while wiping the sweat off of his face.

"So you are more worried about the academy's structure?"

"Are you kidding me? The cost of the materials skyrocketed when the- never mind"

[That nearly slipped again]

He thought as he left his daughter puzzled.

"Enough about that, go and don’t let Rai leave the room. I'll catch up to you."

"Roger father!"

"Headmaster!"

"Okay fath- headmaster!"

"Did that kid inherited it from me?"

He left and went to search for the group of adventurers. He realized that his daughter were more like him.

Amber rushed towards there room as fast as she can.

The group learned that Rai is in his room.

"Please lead the way" the guy with the blonde hair ordered.

"Yee- yeeees!"

Answered another student who was forced to lead them, because their siblings refused to lead them to their room.

Rai was about to walk out of the room when Amber got there.

"Haaaah! Haaaah! Haaah! Stop right there! Your not going anywhere" she panted as she gestured him to stop walking.

"Pardon?"Rai was confused at Amber's words and looked at her waiting for an explanation.

"You’re not going anywhere, not in my watch" she said while holding her chest trying to control her breathing.

"Hmmmm" Rai looked at her more seriously while she block the door with her body, it made made her conscious of her body.

"What are you doing staring at me like that?" she said with a disgusted look in her face.

"Your looks are great and you look beautiful, but unfortunately I’m not interested in something like romance" Rai said with a stoic expression.

The crowd is so shock that it left their mouth wide open at Rai's statement. Amber's face became beet red after hearing it.

"I’m going to the cafeteria to grab some food, so if you please-" Rai walk towards her as he told her his intention of going out.

But before he even had the opportunity to finish his reason, Amber gave him a huge slap in the face.

*Pak!*

"The hell?* Rai held his cheek giving her a puzzled look.

"Aaah! I don’t care anymore! Go die! You bastard!" Amber left the room with a beet red face.

Rai was confused about what happened just now.

"What’s her problem?" He said as he look at Amber walking away.

Rai turned and look at the students inside the room, they all gesture in unison “We don’t know either”.

["So they are as clueless as I am] he thought as he left the room.

The group that was searching for Rai arrived and saw him walking away. Harris' elder brother called out to him.

[Hmm that hair color seems familiar] Reke thought as he touch his beard.

"That hair color, looks like I’ve seen it somewhere before" the woman had the same feeling as Reke after seeing the ash colored hair of the boy.

Some of them thought of the same thing as they saw Rai walked away. Harris' elder brother, Heil called out to Rai and released his blood l**t.

Rai stopped, Heil and the male mage's brother, Eric approached Rai with their intention to kill.

Taro's elder brother, Leo. Reke, the elder brother of the healer and Sophia, the elder sister of the female mage finally remembered who that ash colored hair boy was, chased Heil and Eric as sweat started to fall from their faces.

"Those idiots-" Reke couldn’t manage to finish his sentence as he realized that they made a mistake, a very huge mistake.

He looked behind him and saw Leo and Sophia running after him had the same expression that he has. With the same goal in mind, the three of them activated spells that gave them a huge burst in movement.

Strong wind pressure blew everything away, the students were barely able to stand, the glass windows around them when they activated the spells, shattered in to pieces.

"Those are some cute a murderous aura you guys are leaking out" Rai told them as they approach him.

"Huh?!" Heil shouted in a very intimidating tone.

"You making fun of us punk?" Eric stood behind him, belittling his size.

Eric and Heil caught up to Rai who was standing behind his back.

"We heard you did a good beating at our siblings the other day"

"Were here to pay you back a hundredfold"

Both of them declared as Rai stopped walking.

Rai faced them and looked at them with an annoyed face.

"Hoh?"

They felt his dominance behind his voice. The two was about to draw beat Rai up, then suddenly both of them were forced to kneel. They were surprised that their comrade in arms were holding their heads down and was kneeling before the kid who they are suppose to give a piece of their mind.

The crowd around them as well as the group Rai fought the other day was shocked at the current development.

"What?! What are you guys doing?!" Heil shouted as he tried to break away from Reke’s hand.

"Let me go!" Eric struggle from Leo’s grip.

They kept cursing at their comrades in their sudden actions. Reke, Leo and Sophia are so embarrassed and afraid to even look up.

"Shut up both of you!" Reke shouted to silence both of them.His voice echoed throughout the hallways.

Eric and Heil looked at Reke, his shout managed to get through them. Reke was superior in terms of strength. Its no wonder they would listen to him.

"Why are you kneeling at this punk?!" Heil still persisted even after Reke shouted.

"You want to die you i***t?!" Leo asked in Reke’s place as he can no longer bear the embarrassment.

Heil was surprised at what Leo said.

"If both of you continue to disgrace our guild, I'll murder you myself!" Leo declared to the both of them.

This guys is serious, dead serious. Sophia, Leo and Reke’s face turned pale as if their hearts about to burst off of their chests. Heil can even hear Sophia’s teeth clatter in fear.

The scene is so unsightly for a group of adventurers known for their strength alone.

"We are sorry for wasting your time my lord, we wouldn’t have thought that you were the one who disciplined our younger siblings, it was foolish of us."

Sophia apologized to Rai in her comrades’ place. Those who knew Rai had a worried look in their faces. Heil and Eric started to feel uneasy, never in their time with Sophia that she ever used the term ”my lord”.

"That’s enough Sophia, explain why is the guild member of Overhaul and members of Lion Fang are here?" Rai asked in such a tone that Leo, Sophia and Reke lowered their heads more.

"We ask our guild masters that we’d settle a fuss about the incident the other day, we didn’t know you were the one who did it. Please forgive us." Sophia answered humbly and clearly, their faces are flooded with sweat but they did not bothered to even wipe them off.

Heil and Eric couldn’t do anything because of what Leo stated.

"These two idiots didn’t know who you are so they were about to lunge at you earlier, they joined the guild briefly after you left for a task." Leo stated right after Sophia’s answer.

"Whose he?" Heil whispered to Sophia.

Sophia’s mind went blank for a second before she can answer Heil in a shaky voice.

"Wrath"

That single word shot through Heil as if he had been hit by a large boulder, Eric manage to hear Sophia and both of them groveled immediately.

"We are terribly sorry for earlier! Please spare us!"

They begged as they grit their teeth knowing who the person really is. The sudden shock flooded their faces with sweat, they breathe heavily not caring about how they look anymore.

"Stop that, you’re embarrassing yourselves.” Rai said this a stern look in his face.

All of them sigh in relief especially Heil and Eric, thankful that they had to live a little longer.

“Leave immediately and report to the guild master that the incident has been dealt with" Rai ordered them as he asked them to stand up.

"Yes sir"

All of them answered in unison.

"What the?! I just - nevermind" Rai face palmed as he just told them not to embarrass themselves.

Rai was embarassed about how they acted and answered him.

"Reke please guide the new blood properly next time" Rai reminded him.

"But Leo is their head-" Reke’s complaint was instantly interrupted when he saw the nerves were forming in Rai's forehead then he agreed without hesitation.

"Yes Sir!"

Sophia noticed that a huge crowd had seen them, so she cast a spell that would make the crowd forget what happened. Rai glanced at her and gave her a thumbs up, she nodded in response.

"Leave and don't make a scene"

The adventurers left the academy without a word. Not everyone from the scene was affected by the spell that Sophia cast so the headmaster and Gaia had to do something from the shadows.

[In the Kingdom of White Pearl]

A young lady is walking in a huge hallway accompanied by an attendant.

"Taras, when will Smoke come back?" a young lady dressed extravagantly asked the attendant beside her.

"Apologies my lady, it seems that he is still in a mission" the other answered in an instant.

"Is that so? Its been a week since he left. That despicable guy, he left without even saying anything." the young lady said while pouting.
