Honeymooning

Jason POV

We were going through some clothes when my eyes landed on peony who was at the other end of the room with a guy, seeing them together made me jealous.

"Hey what about this" Haven asked bringing me back to reality "That's fine" I said not looking at it cus my eyes are on Peony.

"Is that her husband" I asked and Haven eyes moved to where they were "Yes" she said "So that's the guy you want to have" I asked

"Yeah isn't he cute" she said and I rolled my eyes "Why don't we do a semi introduction" she said and dragged me over to where they were

Peony POV

"What about this" I asked and he rejected it "Gosh how do you choose your clothes" I asked "It's too flashy" he said and I rolled my eyes "If isn't our newly wedded couple" I heard Haven say and I turned and I saw her with Jason

Our eyes met for some seconds before I broke the contact "I decided to take my husband shopping and apparently he's allergic to some clothes" I said faking a smile while holding on to Daren's hand

"Nice, well I just came to get some clothes for my Fiancé" she said and I almost choke, my ex her Fiancé. What is she planning now, I thought she slept with him so just we could break up "It has been a long time" Jason said and I faced him

"Baby I'm hungry we could come shopping later" Daren said wrapping his hand around me while he snuggled me closer to himself and peck my hair

"Sorry guys I would have loved to party but my love is hungry" I said and we left them

"Get your hands off me" I said as soon as we got out of the mall "They might still be watching" he said and chuckled before letting go of me "I thought you were allergic to touches" I said "well I shouldn't be to my wife" he said and winked, for a moment I thought he was cute before I overcame my stupidity and walked faster "Hey wait" he said chuckling

Jason POV

I can't believe that just happened, while we were dating she didn't let me snuggle her like that, gosh she's driving me crazy. I still love her, I want her back.

Peony POV

"So you had an ex" he asked chuckling making me wonder what was funny

We had entered a restaurant where I narrated how Jason became my ex

"Yes what about it" I asked getting annoyed at his reaction

"I thought nerds don't have exs" he said and I hissed

"I'm discussing with you something that pained me and you are here turning it to a joke" I said and stood up to leave

"I will think twice if I were you" he said and motioned for me to look at the other side of the street

I turned and saw Jason and Haven crossing the street "Your acting skills should be top notch" he said and sipped his milkshake

Writer's POV

Hand in hand Haven and Jason walked over to where peony and Daren were seated "Do you mind?" Haven asked

"It's okay" Daren said and sipped his milkshake making Haven smile before she sat beside him while Jason sat beside peony

"Your table is kinda dry" Haven said before she signalled to the waiter

"Your orders please?" The waiter asked "Four milkshake and four burgers" Haven said to the waiter who jotted it down before she left

"So are you two together" peony asked "Yes" Haven said smiling

Daren POV

The remaining minutes were boring, probably because Haven was doing the talking. I needed to get out of here, glancing at peony I saw that she also wanted to leave

"Peony it's late remember we still have somethings to do" I said and she took the clue

"Isn't it something we could help" Haven asked

"No it's a couple thing" peony said and I looked at her

Like seriously is this the best she could come up with

"We would leave now" I said sensing that Haven was going to say something

Jason POV

"Your plan isn't going to work" I said after they had left

"Of course it's going to work" she said with so much confidence

"It should cuz I'm doing a lot of restraining" I said and sipped the milkshake.

"What!?" Peony said raising her voice before she added "But he just arrived".

"Yes, we realized we couldn't wait to be married" Haven said smiling

"Why are you agitated, your marriage was a rush too" Mateo said

"Mine was a different case" Peony said

"It's her marriage let her worry about it" Mateo said and silence reigned in the room

"What about my shares" peony asked "We can talk about that after Haven's wedding" Mateo said making Haven smile

Their eyes met and Haven smirk giving peony a warning look while peony kept a straight face confused of which emotion to show

"I will be in my study if you need me" Mateo said and went upstairs

"I really need to rest" Agnes said and left for her room

"Why the sudden rush" peony asked as soon as their parents were out of sight

"We are in love" Haven said smirking before she added "Don't tell me you still love him" .

"You wish" peony said and scoffed "I better be wrong" Haven said picking up her bag

Giving peony a fake smile she walked out of the house while peony cussed and sank into a chair.

Peony POV

I can't believe they are getting married, why would he even marry her. Come on peony are you jealous, of course I'm not it's just that......Gosh peony he's your ex.

Jason POV

I smiled as I went through our pictures together when we were still in highschool, I miss her and I wish she is married to me and not that guy.

I have to hope that Haven's plan work she got me into this mess in the first place, if she hadn't drugged me and slept with me maybe peony and I would still be together.

Writer's POV

"So why are you so worked up he's your ex" Daren said tired of the discussion

"I just feel like Haven is planning something" peony said

"What are you cooking for dinner" Daren asked "I'm not your wife remember?" Peony said

"Okay" Daren said, he was about to enter the kitchen when peony's voice stopped him

"Okay I will fix you something" she said and went to the kitchen while Daren smiled to himself.

"Are you really going to leave me alone in this house" peony asked "I'm not jobless" Daren replied "Can I come with you" she asked "No" he said

"Please" she said and pouted "No and you look ridiculous doing that" Daren said and Left while she hissed

Picking up her phone she put a call through to Annie "Hello" Annie said at the other end as soon as she picked the call

"Babe I'm bored, do you guys wanna catch up and do something" peony asked "Sorry we are outta town" Annie said loudly because of the background noise

"You guys are not in town and I wasn't aware what if it was an emergency" peony said

"Thank God it isn't, aren't you supposed to be on your honeymoon" Annie asked "I didn't think about that" peony said

"Don't you think it will create suspicions, you can come to Hawaii" Annie said

"You guys are in Hawaii?, how come o wasn't informed about this" peony asked "Sorry babe" Annie said "Peony I'm the best day of my life" Mary shouted and peony hissed

"Okay send me your location I am coming to Hawaii" peony said and cut the call "Honeymoon here I come" she said and wanted to go upstairs to change but changed her mind and ran outside forgetting that she was still in her PJs.

~Gates Hotel~

Peony ran inside like a mad person, stopping to catch her breath she noticed that everyone was looking at her not in a good way though

Not bothered about the comments she shouted "Daren Gates". She came here for one thing and that thing she will accomplish no matter the dressing.

Daren POV

"Call the security to throw her out" I said "Throw your wife out, it would cause suspicions" Nicky said "Like I care" I said "She's not going to go away" he said "She will eventually" I said and went back to what I was doing, I really need to get her head checked.

Peony POV

I have been standing here close to an hour and he didn't even show up, I'm tired of shouting and everyone here is even ignoring me.

Maybe I should go to his office, no I'm going to stand here till he shows up, I'm not going anywhere.

After swallowing my pride, I entered the elevator and went to the first floor. Locating his office I entered his office angrily "I thought you were going to stay there forever" he said as soon as I entered

"You left me outside there" I said angrily "Why are you here" he asked and I eyed him before I hissed "We are going on honeymooning" I said forgetting that I'm supposed to be angry

"I'm not going anywhere with you" he said "You will go with me" I said and the door opened.

Writer's POV

"Am I interrupting something?" Nicky asked sticking his head into the room "Yes" peony said at the same time Daren said "No"

"Come in" Daren said and Peony hissed "Don't you think you should get some clothes" Nicky said trying to control his laugh while peony eyed him

"We are going to Hawaii" peony said "Did you bring the files" Daren asked "Yes I did" Nicky said and dropped some files on the table

"Hey I'm talking here" peony said "That will be all for now" Daren said ignoring her while Nicky nodded before he left.

"DAREN!" Peony shouted "You can do more than that cuz I'm not following you anywhere" Daren said "Please" peony said and pouted "I told you to stop doing that you look like a beast" Daren said

"I will continue doing it till you accept" peony said "When are we going" Daren asked tired of her tantrums

"Tomorrow" peony said "To where" he asked "Hawaii" peony said "Okay" he said and peony rushed to hug him happily

"Next time take your bath before coming close to me" Daren said and peony detached herself from him "You will pay for calling me smelling" peony said and walked out.

Haven POV

I walked into Gates hotel headquarters, everyone was minding their business and no one seemed to notice me. I heard that peony created a scene the last time she caqme here, well this wouldn't be the case when I come back here when I'm Mrs Gates.

I entered the elevator and made my way to the top fl

oor, I was about to enter Daren's office when I heard voices coming from his office.

So they are going to Hawaii for their honeymoon, guess Jason and I would have to do a pre-honeymoon.
