After playing the game of soccer for a good twenty (20) years, and representing a total of nine (9) different clubs in nine (9) different countries in three (3) different continents, OBINNA decided to retire from professional football, at the age of thirty eight (38). OBINNA played for Strabberg Fc (Scotland, Europe), Liverpool Fc (England, Europe), Inter Miami (USA, North America), AS Roma (Italy, Europe), Ranger Intl (Nigeria, West Africa), Bayern Leverkusen (Germany, Europe) , Marseille (France, Europe) , Fc Barcelona (Spain, Europe) , Benfica (Portugal, Europe). OBINNA played in Nigeria, USA, Scotland, England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France and Portugal. He played in West Africa, North America and Europe, making him the first ever football player to do so.
