It's been one week since I saw her, it's been one week since I've been burning in rage and anger. I couldn't forget her face, her body, her moves, her scent, her angelic voice and her innocent eyes. I might have had let her go if she hadn't dared to splash that drink on me and rejected me in the most humiliating manner.

It's fine to reject someone, it was not like I would've forced her on me or I would've took her without her consent. I don't even have to work for them to be impressed by me. They just fall in my feet by just a look and of course the money talks. People in life are just behind money. Not only women, even men have tried to befriend me because of my connections and the amount of money I have. They think that instead of earning it on your own, you can just cheat or manipulate someone who have money.

I am not someone you can manipulate and persuade. I have my ways of getting what I want and have a way of dealing with such people. They are nothing more a way to pass my time and pleasure myself, after all I've earned it. I did it on my own and I've took myself to a position where luxury is a necessity. I don't get easily carried away by people, position and power, because I've seen it all.

If it wasn't for that humiliation and that choice of rejection, it just made me felt.. cheap. I am anything but that. I will make sure she regret the day she met me. I am not someone who let things pass by easily and it that thing relates to me. I will make sure she learns her lesson.

"Liam have you signed the documents?"  Max said while entering my cabin and taking me out my thoughts. Her thoughts pissed me off so much that I was focusing more on her than to do the damage control that happened here in London.

There are some changes that I want to make in it, I said getting back on the current situation.

"But we have already decided the terms that are mutually beneficial for us and the clients have approved" said Max while raising his eyebrows, as he is well aware of the devil that rests in my mind.

"You see that's the problem" I said smirking.

I want to destroy them. They tried to double cross me. They tried to act smart in a deal that was beneficial for them. I want to make sure they get it, what it is to go against me, that no one in future even think of doing the same.

"Liam, they will be destroyed. They will become bankrupt if we take this deal out of their hand and after the cancellation no one would dare to give them the kind of funds they require." he asked worrying for the clients.

We will offer them the deal. But with changed terms.

" What do you have in mind?"

I elaborated, we will offer them the deal, we will offer them the funds required for the project but instead of us being investors we will be partners. Scott's Incorp will be equity owner in Ace Overseas limited. Instead of just being board members we will be controlling board members with controlling power.

"Why will they agree to make you controlling partner?"

Because, this project is huge and if the project doesn't take off they will be on the verge of bankruptcy. And as you said if we take our name back, the share price will already be down and no one have that kind of funds to restart the project. They will be begging soon.

They have already invested a chunk of their capital and profit, they don't have any other options than to comply with us. There is no way they can make it out without our help and we will use that to our advantage. We will use this whole chaos that have happened to our benefit.

But...  don't you think you are taking this too far, said Max eyeing me.

Yes. I am because it is them that have taken them to this point. It was their idea to take advantage of the situation and siding with parties that would never bring them good.

It's not like I will ruin their business Max, I am much more capable and experienced. I will bring a lot more to the table then they can. Just that they will be under my supervision. They will not be able to decisions without my approval. This is the best way to teach them the lesson.

"I get it. What about her? After all she is the one that had started it." asked Max with curious expressions.

It's high time for me to meet her.

"What..... ? Are you going to meet her? After all this while ?"

Yes. I think it's time for me to finally meet my mom.

After all she is the only parent left.

Besides she had opted this new way to pique my interest, by getting into my business deals.

She is demanding my attention and it's time to give some of my time to her. You know I was wondering for quite a long time that she hasn't made her appearance in my life. She hadn't tried to destroy something or she being she. It was unusual of her for taking so long to get back to me.

" I am sorry bro.. I couldn't believe she would do something like that behind our backs. She is your mom after all. I don't understand her. She just made women so complicated." he said.

I know and it's time to settle this once and for all.

If she would've been behind anything else than I would've let her be but it's my business and nothing comes before it. It is the only thing that left to me by my father. He loved his business and I love him more than anything. So that means that this business our company and everything that relates to it mean a lot to me. I will protect it at any cost.

" I will make the arrangements for the new deal and by the way I also wanted to inform you about the Internship program that had been started while we were here. You have to attend the conference meeting and give words of encouragement to the new members to welcome them" said Max.

Is it necessary to keep the meeting. I mean any senior staff member can give the speech of appreciation.

" No, this time it will be publicly announced of the initiative that we are taking to promote new talent and I think it will be a good opportunity for us to shift the media attention from this deal to that. It will help maintain our goodwill in the Industry and people would be talking about the good thing rather than this deal that got messed up."

Fine. I will attend it. Make sure to complete the process and close this deal.

"Ok boss" Max said while leaving my cabin.

This time you have crossed your limits mother. I will meet you soon and this time there will be no mercy. If you try to go after something that's mine than I will go after something you love.

Amara

I can't believe it's already been a week since I am working. It has been great so far. I have managed to complete my work on time while learning new things. It is amazing, the staff had been amazing. We interns are getting a chance to learn so much. This is one of the best experience that I can have on my CV.

There has been some meeting that had been arranged next week for us to meet the boss.

I've heard he had been in London this whole time since the Internship program started. From what I've heard he is a great person and businessman and he is hot.

Women in this office praise him like God. He must've been good-looking.

I tried to search him online but I've not found anything. His pictures were also not available. Anything that I could have find was about the business and his achievements, and I must say his achievements are quite impressive, one could  even say extraordinary because for a person who is as young as him it is. Since he took over, there has been tremendous growth in the company. The turnover of the company has went from millions to billions. It is hard to do such a thing in such a short amount of time that he has been in.

I  really am excited to meet him. I would like to learn from such an extraordinary and genius person. He is inspirational to people like us and taking such an initiative to train newcomers and give them a chance to chase their their dreams is such a huge thing. After all not that many people think about others. People at his position couldn't care less for such a small thing. It's a sweet gesture to acknowledge people who are worthy and qualified on merit basis.

It must have been the reason for the growth and improvement in overall business. I don't know him but I already admire him for the steps he took and for being bold enough to start a new practices instead of following the traditional business practices

"Amara, you in here ?" came the voice of Rose.

Yes. I just came home.

" How's work treating you ? " she asked while settling down.

It's exhausting and amazing at the same time.

"I've come here to show you some of my new designs. I wanted you suggestions and for you to try it." she said while showing the designs.

Oh my god! Rose, they are beautiful. It looks like some famous designer has made them. It is breathtaking and they seem my size.

"Yes, you are the model, for my designs. I want you to try them now. Gosh.. I am so excited.

You remember we used to talk in highschool that one day I will design clothes and you will be my model."

Yes, I remember and look we are here achieving our dreams, I said getting nostalgic.

"Cheers to us" she said.

You know Rose, we have an event in our office next week and I could definitely use these. You are amazing.

" I would be more than happy, if you want to wear it to an event. I have the perfect look for you in my mind."

Yeah... I know. How fast you are when it comes to perfect looks for different occasions.

I really could use your help, this is the first event and I want to look my best.

"Ok I'll take your leave and tomorrow I'll come with some more designs and then we can decide which suits you better Amara."

I love you Rose. Thank you, I said while hugging her and getting emotional.

" I love you too babe. See you tomorrow." with that said she left.

I finally ate my dinner and went to sleep. It will be a beautiful day tomorrow.
