PIPER’s POV
A moment after I stepped out of the shower, there came a light knock on the door, when I hurried to get it, the person standing behind it got to it before I could and the head of one of the maids appeared by the side of the door, “Miss Piper, it’s time for dinner.” She announced to me.
“Oh,” a wide smile appeared on my face, the sides of my eyes crinkling. I figured Mr. Landon— Jace took things like this very seriously. “I’ll be down in a minute,” I said to her, clutching the towel wrapped around my waist tightly.
As soon as she made her way out, I leaned against the door and exhaled sharply as my eyes travelled around this large bedroom, admiring every single bit of the room and once again, my hands and my eyes fell to my very little baby bump and I rubbed again
