Favorite punishment

Alexander sat on the bed worried if he left now, she would leave when he was gone, she was not happy with him and if he was honest with himself he knew he was not easy to be around. He would cancel lunch Jason, he would surely understand that fixing things with Casey mattered more. Casey saw him wearing a gloomy face and went to sit by his side and took his hand into hers and said, "You can't go to Jason wearing that face, what do you say we put a pin on this topic?" he still couldn't believe someone like Casey would stick around for his rubbish.                                                                                                                                                         "I understand I'm not the easiest person to get along with, but please try to work it out me before you can decide to leave me and I promise to make an effort to be easier to talk to," he said with pleading eyes and she saw how hurt he was by her threatening to leave him.                                                                                         "Let me make you a deal, the next time I say I'm leaving you, it will be because whatever it is can never be fixed by talking," she wore a serious face and he realized that was the best deal he would get from her right now and then he reluctantly took her offer and she kissed him and when things were about to get steamy, Andrew cried from his room, "Well that is your que to go, please take a video of your brother suffering through a vege smoothie," she teased the last part already out of the bedroom and he couldn't help laughing, she really knew how to cheer him up.

Alexander and Jason met at the smoothie shop close to the hospital, Jason was in the best of moods. He was surprised how easy it was for him and Alexander to go back to talking like they always did. Like the friends they always were, they were talking and laughing. "Hey are you going to drink that?" Xander asked preparing his phone to take a video, "...it's the only reason I agreed to meeting with you in the first place."     "So me being you brother means nothing to you?" he asked pretending to be hurt by his brother's words.     "Oh no, don't get this twisted, I came to watch you drink that," he said taking out his phone and pressed record and Jason drank his smoothie, even after trying his hardest to act like he is fine after drinking that smoothie, but his face had not gotten the memo, Xander cut the video laughing, "...I have to say this has to be my favorite punishment, what did you do to get that?"                                                                                             "She is apparently not happy with my diet and now has me detoxing with this devil drink," he said with a complaisant face.                                                                                                                                                                 "Well you always ate rubbish, and you say I'm domesticated, look at you drinking that like a champ to make Sam happy," he said laughing more than he remembered ever laughing in the last four years, chilling with Jason genuinely made him happy and vise verse.

They talked for an hour effortlessly, Xander was happy to see his brother had grown, it looked like he really cared for Samantha, considering he vouched for him. "So how are things with Sleeping Beauty?" Jason asked on a serious note and judging by the slight sigh, his brother could tell something was wrong with their fairly new living arrangement, "...what's wrong?"                                                                                                           "So I finally asked her out, Cara walked in to find her wearing my shirt and nothing else and me making food in my boxers and you probably know the rest," he said rubbing his temple as he felt a headache coming on, his baby sister was always over protective of him, but this was a bit much.                                                      "I know how Cara reacted, I wanna know how Casey reacted," he said not shocked by the fact that Cara knew, it looked like Cara had already called him to tell him about it.                                                                             "I didn't realize Casey didn't know Cara and she thought Cara was my lover and after I told her she is my baby sister, I thought it would have been better, but no, it got worse, it's so bad that we still fight about even today.

Jason invited his brother and Casey over for dinner, he knew that if he was not yet ready to tell her the truth about his past, Sam would help them get through this. The needed this dinner and after hearing his intention, Xander agreed to having dinner with his brother and Sam. He knew if anyone could help him, it would be his best friend Sam. After that lunch, they went their separate ways, Xander went straight home to tell Casey about dinner with his brother and Sam. It turned out she already knew about it when he got home, turns out Sam had already texted, were they already that close? Looked like they were already that close, she even knew about Jason's smoothie cleanse even he told her about it. Casey had stolen his best friend, but he was happy that meant she would get out more.
