During this time, she got new introvert colleague, where she also found that she unable to fit in the team. Finally, she and Janeka became friends

That introvert colleague has other extrovert colleague friend as well; hence she got this happiness of being cared by two people.

Office Tour – Other City

During this time office arranged for a tour to another city and Janeka and other introvert friend accompanied to the tour.

In the tour Janeka and her introvert friend had pleasant and unpleasant memories. Since both could not able to mingle with others or be social. Everybody started teasing them that why they are travelling alone to the tour.

They both felt like – Oh God! why we came to this tour? – now so unpleasant!

Business transition

During this time business transition happened, she had difference of opinion with her colleagues and one of her bosses.

No co-operation from the new colleagues and the boss.

During this time lots of jobs accumulated her and undue work were keep on piling up before. She tries to complete the previous one.

She use to work on Sunday to complete the work, still she was unable to fix the issue.

Even her introvert friend was not supportive.

This is the longest surviving job.

After working for 1.9 years in that Company. She finally felt that need to quit that job. Janeka family was hesitant about her leaving the job. But she convinced family and she said that she will find another job.

Farewell Party

In the farewell party her manager appreciated her contribution in Company. As a team they gifted watch for Janeka.

Chapter 7

First Half of 2017

Joining in new small company

Janeka, joined a small company for the purpose of holding a job and salary she was not happy with that company ambience. In this Company they took all the Company out on Women’s Day for giving treat in a restaurant. Two girls confused me by working in word and excel both of their formats where confusing and I took a lot time to complete the task because of the confusion. One girl pointed at me by saying your are slow in completing this task. For that Director of the Company scolded that girl by saying don’t be rude to her. Later I became friend with that girl. While I was working in the Sales team the Finance Manager asked me work has Finance Assistant for that the higher authority approved it. But that Sales Director was unhappy in my decision to move from Sales to Finance. In this Company, she switched in to two roles Sales to Finance. She was happy to work for Finance profile and she did quite well.

Janeka found both the sheets tough. She was following her on sheet.

The girl who said you are too slow in your process later became friend of Janeka. She called Janeka ‘Bold’

Financial – Finance Executive

She got moved in to Finance department. She did her job brilliantly. All the office boys were very co-operative in the timely deposit of cheque.
