Chapter 2
In the first half of 2012 I regretted leaving my favorite job that is Company Secretary Trainee. I really missed the importance of the platform. I joined spoken Hindi class and also, I enrolled for PGDBA Course and IAS Coaching class already I am student of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. After enrolling I was confused which course I should study first. I approached Executive Programme and I studied for the exam I didn’t pass due to aggregate total; totally aggregate mark must be 50%.
In August 2012 I enrolled for the best coaching class in Chennai for IAS. I loved the ambience and study vibration of the co-students. Had few positive aspirants as friends. Here I met my life time favorite he takes Geography. He won’t force the students to study. He thinks if they have passion, they will learn it by themselves. I studied there a concept called relative poverty. It is about we relatively poor our income source and richness varies person to person it is called relative poverty.

When the result came Janeka sister came to know that Janeka register number was not in the list. She insisted Janeka to take job.
Second half of 2013
Janeka started searching for job. She finally fetched a job in a big Multi National Company (It is a contractual job only for 6 months). This is a French Multi- National Company with good amenities like free lunch for the employees. She loved that fact to see a lot of other country employees in the office. She loves cultural diversity.
Other Co-worker said her the fact you have to please the mentor to learn the work process this will add value to her profile.
Still I was not aware of the Corporate World. I use to commute everyday 10kms plus traffic. I was on time to the office. Until one day I was so unplanned to the office. My elder sister gave birth to a baby boy. So the next morning I was a bit late (went to buy toffies) to distribute to the colleagues.
This is the first incident when the mentor didn’t like me (not on time to the office). I was not a very social person. So I avoid parties (Unless and otherwise she is comfortable). I didn’t participate in team outing. This is the second incident manager didn’t like.
