Hanna the doll

Wendy: "Hanna, why did you move from the shelf?" Hanna: "I wanted to see you, Wendy." Wendy: "Okay, but why are you staring at me like that?" Hanna: "I have a secret to tell you, Wendy." Wendy: "What secret?" Hanna: "I'm hungry." Wendy: "Hungry? But dolls don't eat." Hanna: "I'm not like other dolls, Wendy. I need to eat human souls to stay alive as a doll." Wendy: (laughing) "That's a funny joke, Hanna. You're just playing with me." Hanna: (slowly) "I'm not joking. I've eaten two souls already. And now I want yours." Wendy: (screaming) "Mom! Mom! Help!" Mom: (sleepily) "What's going on, Wendy? Why are you screaming?" Wendy: (crying) "The doll, Mom! The doll is alive and it wants to eat my soul!" Mom: (angrily) "Enough of this nonsense, Wendy! You know very well that dolls can't come alive. Now go back to sleep!" Thud... thud... thud... Mom: (panicking) "What's that noise? Is someone breaking in?" Hanna: (laughing eerily) "No one's breaking in, Mom. It's just me coming for your soul." The next day, the police found the apartment empty except for a possessed doll with bloodstains on its dress. The case remains unsolved till this day as the doll continues its search for human souls to feast upon.
