*Beta Billy POV*
I was standing with our Alpha as I stared at Lisa. I was sure we might have been mates since we both had been crushing kinda hard.
Usually if two wolves like each other alot they tend to be mates. In a strange way I was still happy for her finding her mate but I really hoped it was me. The Alpha had let out an earsplitting roar and I myself was shocked. What had gotten into him lately? He had been acting weird every since that day we went to her house. My eye widened. "Are you her mate?" I said softly where only he could here me. Before I could say anything else, he confirmed what I was just inquiring about. That would explain why he has been acting strange every since the day we visited her house. I gasped in a low tone. Was he aware of the crush I had for his mate??
*Alpha Chris POV*
Two mates? I'm very sure I am, but what if he is too? This a little embarrassing true be told. Never have I heard of an Alpha sharing his mate with anyone else, unless it was a twin, triplet, and etc. Max howled in my head. He wasnt upset like I was. It was more like he was excited and waiting for something to come. 'Max how could you be excited at a time like this?' 'Our mate has hidden surprises within her. We all have to unlock them for the biggest surprise to come. The rest you have to figure out. Good luck!' And just like that my wolf disconnected and laid dormant. I tried to question him to get more answers but no reply. What did he mean by surprises?
I mind link my father to come up to my office. The former Alpha came charging in like he was still our leader. I chuckled to myself. Dad is always so formal around others. "Dad how is it possible that an omega wolf can have more than one mate? ", I questioned. My heart dropped a bit when, I noticed, calling my mate by her former rank made her sad. "There are certain cases where a special wolf can possess more than one mate. These wolves don't necessarily have to be highly ranked, but those are the common wolves to be special.", he replied. A wave of silence hit the room before I spoke again. "So do we accept her and push forward? What happens if we both accept her, will Dave be part Alpha now or part Luna? This just so confusing!" I scratched my head as I looked at Dave who was staring at me very upset. What was his problem? I mean I'm the one that might have to share my title in the first place. My father laughed so hard everyone in the room stared at him in shock. "Son, I'm pretty sure he wont be a Luna, since that is for the woman. But I'm surprised you couldnt tell what role he would play. Is your sniffer broken or something?" I looked at him puzzling what he could possibly mean.
"Father, what does my nose have to do with his new rank?" Two smiles formed. One from my Dad and one from Dave.
*Lisa POV*
I was in a whirlwind of confusion. Though I was hurt by my mates reference of my rank, he was right. Most omega wolves lead boring lives, even after finding their mates. I say boring in the aspect of all the eventful things that happen in the higher ranked wolves lives. We can have the potential they have but it only comes from hard work whereas their rank says it all. I listened to Alpha Chris ask questions that I also needed answers to. When his dad asked if he could smell Dave, i wanted to giggle so badly. What did he mean i wondered to my self. 'You should know. Dave is an Alpha.' I gasped. Everyone was quietly staring at me. My cheeks spread with red as I tried to gather my self from all the watching eyes. "Dave would not have to change his rank. He is an Alpha as well." My mom gasped softly before taking a seat nearby. Until she did that, I really forgot she was even in the room. The former Alpha chuckled while glancing at me. "Smart mate you have son. Cant get anything past her." I blushed again. This was becoming a normal thing for me. I suddenly felt dizzy. As I palmed my forehead to brace my self, I collapsed on the floor.
A flash of images began to appear to her while unconscious. The forest was the first thing she saw. As if she was flying, she rushed through the trees and over different forms of water. Everything blurred passed her as she moved at an increasing rate. When she saw a black brick castle, she descended quickly to the ground as if she had arrived at her destination. It was dark out and she could barely see the approaching figure. Though the one thing that she could see was the purple glowing eyes from all her dreams. A deep, echoing voice said,"Come to me." Just as she tried to do as she was told and come closer, everything disappeared like a cloud of smoke and then there was darkness.
My eyes opened slightly. It was hard to adjust to the light. I sat up, noticing I was on the couch in my mates office. I looked around and everyone was still there; accounted for. The crowd all had faces of shockness spreading throughout the entire room. Before I could speak. They all gasped and began to back away. All except my two Alphas. They were shocked but they did not move. "What?" I called out to the group. My mates simultaneously replied, "Your eyes are glowing." I jumped up and looked in the mirror that was positioned behind the desk. As I looked, there was a quick flash of glowing purple eyes before they adjusted back to my normal eyes.
"Purple eyes.....What is happening to me?"
