23 Knox’s Mess “I f****d up,” Knox said, “yelled something stupid at TrysKa.” “Oh,” Alex waved his hand, “she forgives.” “No, Alex, I called her a hypocrite.” Alex’s mouth fell open again. Surely he’d heard that wrong. He had to have heard that wrong. “You called her a—?” Alex waited as if it was a fill-in-the-blank problem. “Hypocrite,” Knox whispered. “There’s no way she believes that, so just apologize.” “I used logic to set up my argument.
