"What will be our plan?"
I asked him. He is lying on my bed. No, our bed. It's been a week since I woke up and I already adjusted to this household. To be his wife.
He looked at me. I am drying my hair using a dryer in front of a mirror.
"We will never find an antidote for us because of our ever changing blood type and because we had this special ability that only the two of us can manipulate."
"So what is your plan?"
"We will cherish this ability and we will end the craziness of those scientists that are after us."
"Meaning to say?"
I am looking at him in the mirror.
"We will stop them from creating insane creature."
He already told me about this matter. Some scientists that are after us are making an elixir that can make a human go insane and crave for blood. An artificial vampire, to be exact.
"How can we do that?"
He intently looked at me.
"I don't know if this is a good idea or not. I don't want to risk your life too."
"Then tell me. I once did sacrificed myself for my family. and if ever you were right about those scientists creating vampires, then my family will get in danger too."
Astrid shook his head.
"You''re such a selfless woman. Instead of worrying about yourself being the most target of them, you worry about others."
"They are all important to me. I will never let my sacrifices be in vain."
He looked at me seriously this time,
"I don't want to risk your life, if possible, I want you to only stay here, but seems like I can't do that."
"I will go with you."

"f**k you Astrid!"
I angrily yelled at him. We are now on our way through that secret academy.
"What?! Hahaha. You are cute with dirt on you."
I glared at him. Because of his little prank, dirt are all over my body. I continue walking without saying a word to him.
He then suddenly stopped and blocked my way.
"We are here."
I looked at where he's staring. It really is real. Academy of extraordinaries.
"Be careful. Remember. We are here to study. I know, you didn't even experienced the life of a student in normal schools. So now, we are here to study in school of extraordinaries. Here, you will be safe."
I smiled at him. He planned this. He wants me to stay here because he thinks that we are safe here, and once we are ready to fight, we wil destroy those experiments.
"Do you know everything about this school?"
I asked. I don't know, but I can feel something strange in here.
"All I know is that, students and teachers here are extraordinaries. I am not just sure how they have become extraordinaries. For the records, we are just the ones who have this ability in born."
It is indeed suspicious but what if their parents sent them here from the time they are born just to protect them from cruelty? I understand them.
I looked at my hand when he hold it firmly. Then I looked at him.
"Let's go. Everything will be fine. I am here."
He said smiling at me. I can't help but to smile too.
"Who are you?!"
I flinched and almost throw myself to Astrid when I heard someone shouted. We looked at him.
On the dark side of the place, an old man came out. He is holding a sword like thing.
Astrid pulled me on his back.
"We want to enroll here."
Astrid is talking to the old man. He is indeed creepy. He is looking at me even Astrid is hiding me on his back. I can feel goosebumps in my spine because of his stares.
The old man grin.
"Follow me."
The old man walks and we followed.
"You're trembling."
Astrid said. Then I realized that I am really trembling.
"Something, I can sense something wrong here."
"Sshh, it's okay. I am here."
I didn't answer him and just looked around when we already entered inside.
"Welcome to the School of Extraordinaries."
The old man said grining at me. I can't even looked at him.
"Go the the office to talk to the head master."
"Thank you."
"You are always welcome."
I don't know but I am not really comfortable with his tone and his looks.
