Chapter twenty three

Tony’s POV

I couldn’t believe what Taylor and Izzy did for us. When Taylor brought it up to us about being brother packs, I was a little skeptical at first. How would this even work?

But he made a good point. We have been doing it since they burned down my pack.

I know your pack is stronger than mine, and so are you.

So I have to wonder why me?

Because I watched how you treat your pack. Even though you are all staying in my pack, you still did your duty as their Alpha. You dealt with their issues.

You, your beta, and gamma made sure that they were taken care of, and you never once left my pack out when they came to you because I was not here.

While your Luna made sure your pack did the right thing by stepping up and helping our omegas in the kitchen and in the pack house.

We didn’t have to ask you. You took it upon yourself to treat my pack like you would your own pack members.

You are someone I could trust for this kind of situation. We can give both our packs a chance to grow, and our packs would be the only ones who would know this.

Everyone else would know us just as the Alpha’s of the Blue Moon and the Mystic Moon pack.

Tony changed the name of his pack once they burned down his old pack.

Neither of us would have to worry if we went on vacation or anything else. And our heirs would still be our heirs; they would still take our place when the time came.

And with the war coming, I want to make sure if something should happen to me, my pack, and family would be taken care of. Let me talk it over with Cassandra.

That’s reasonable. But whatever you decide, Tony, the land and everything on it belong to the Mystic Moon pack.

It is all registered under you and your pack. I don’t know how to thank you and Izzy for this. There is no need to thank us. It has been our honor to have had the chance to get to know you and your pack.

Cassandra? Yes, my love, can you come to the office? Sure, I’ll be right there. A few minutes later, Cassandra walks into the office, and the smile on her face is something I have not seen in months.

Taylor and Izzy want us to be brother packs. How so? Well, our heirs will still be our heirs, but we would run things together.

Taylor has so much going on and wants both of us to work together. That way, neither of us has to worry when one of us is away.

He will help me build our business. Tony, what do you think? I trust him, and I think this will be good for all of us. And you love Izzy.

I do; I think she brings out the best in people. But this should not be our decision alone. I think both packs should have a say in it. Why don’t we call Taylor and have him and Izzy come back over, and we can tell them our decision?

After calling Taylor and Izzy back to tell them we have made our decision, I hear a knock on the door, and I shout, “ Enter!” Taylor and Izzy walk in. Izzy walks over and gives Cassandra a hug and takes a seat on the sofa. Taylor walks over and sets next to her.

I get right down to business. After talking it over with Cassandra, we think it’s a great idea, but we would like to see what both the packs think about it before we do it.

Izzy looks at Taylor. “ I think that’s a great idea since we have all lived together for 6 months,” I say. “ I agree,” says Taylor. “ I think everyone’s opinion should be taken in at this time, and if they agree, why not do the ceremony tonight? Nothing big or fancy; we want no other packs to know. It will benefit both of us. Agreed said Tony.

Taylor’s POV

We called a pack meeting and explained to everyone what we wanted to do, and everyone was thrilled.

Everyone was told that no one outside of our packs was to know. They all gave their blood oath that no one outside our packs was to hear of this.

We made sure everyone was accounted for. We did the ceremony, and after we had a get-together.

At the party, Izzy announced that Tony and Cassandra had something to show their pack members.

We took them over and showed them their new homes and pack houses. Everyone was thrilled, even my pack members were thrilled for them.

Everything had been so easy and it worked out great. Tony and I went to work together and I helped him get more business.

Which helped me since I had my hands full with everything going on. In another week was Liam’s and Izzy’s birthday and we would have to deal with more new powers.

It took me forever just to control what I already had and Sally kept sticking Jarred in his office every time he messed with our practices.

You would think he would have learned, sighing, but apparently not. The good thing was while he was stuck in his office he did manage to get a lot of work done.

So far everything has been working out great. Jarred has been helping Mason with the business side at the office while Abby helped Michael at the pack.

Everyone trains and we do it all together that way everyone gets the same benefit. Training has been going great. Devin’s Program has been a blessing plus with Luke, Leo, and Steve the trainings are intense but great.

Even the young ones were learning but still having fun. Steve has done a lot to make sure the kids learned but still had fun.

Tony and I talked, and a few of my pack members moved over to Tony’s pack. It didn’t really matter it was all the same. Tony had tryouts in his pack for a delta and head warrior.

They will train with my deltas and my head warrior. Everyone was excited. That happened the day before Izzy’s and Liam’s birthday.

Neither wanted a party since we were already making a big party. We decided to celebrate the new delta and head warrior. Plus, we were secretly making a cake for Liam and Izzy.

Everything was crazy around both packs.

Emilio got the delta position while Gus got the head warrior. We were all glad that was finally over and were getting ready for the party for tomorrow. It seems like the week went by so fast.

Izzy’s POV

Cassie, how are things going? It’s great; things couldn’t be better. The pack house is coming along, and everyone in the pack is excited and is all working together.

I haven’t seen them all so happy in a long time. They all seem to be enjoying their homes and are excited about the training.

Everyone is training, even the omegas. They even like the program that Tony made for them.

Thanks to you and Taylor, they all have their own homes.

The warriors are in the pack house for now. Till their facility is completed.

Mason was making some changes to their facility. He wanted more exits, and I don’t remember the rest of what he said.

He had talked it through with Devin. That’s great!!

You guys really deserve this.

Izzy, are you sure Liam and you don’t want a party? Yes, we both agreed we don’t need one. And besides, we are celebrating your delta and head warrior promotion. Plus, we were already doing a party for everyone to enjoy.

Izzy, I don’t know how we will ever repay you for all that you have done for us. Cassie, theirs nothing to repay. Your family.

Taylor surprised my uncle by helping his pack. He’s helping my uncle build up his business and is upgrading all their homes and building them a new pack house. WOW, Taylor is a busy person.

Tell me about him. Him and Jarred and I have been so busy I’ve only seen them at dinner. That is the one thing we agreed on; we always have dinner together no matter what. I like that.

I think Tony and I need to do something like that. Cassie, why don’t you go online and set up a vacation for you and your family? Take you beta and gamma with you. Really ? Is that even possible?

Yes, of course, why wouldn’t it be? Well, with everything going on, who will watch the pack? Cassie, we will watch the pack. You guys go and have fun.

Are you sure? Yes, of course! Let me talk it over with Tony and see what he thinks. Great, I’ll let Taylor know.

Taylor’s POV

I got back early, and Izzy was with Cassandra, which was great since we’re not having a party for her and Liam.

I decided to do a candlelight dinner on the roof of our pack house. Candles and roses everywhere.

With blankets and pillows, romantic music. Izzy likes to paint and draw, and I know she’s not big on jewelry or expensive things, so I decided to make her an art studio. I hope she likes it.

I went downstairs and waited for Izzy to come back from seeing Cassandra. In the meantime, Jarred thought it was time to annoy me.

He was just about to say something, then he was gone… for a minute I was like what the F**k until I saw Sally with a big grin on her face.

I started laughing until I got a mind link from Jarred telling me what the hell and to let him out of his office.

I burst out laughing. I couldn’t control my laughter. Sally was chuckling at me. Then, I walk up to my beautiful mate.

The reason why I had been sitting down here waiting. I get up and pull her into my embrace.

She looks up, what has gotten into you, Taylor? Can’t I hug the most beautiful woman that I know?

Yes, of course, but she looks at me with this weird look on her face. Come with me, my love. I have something to show you.

Okay, but why are you being all mysterious? It’s a surprise, my love. Really?

Yes, my love, I said chucking. I turned around and looked at Sally. Sally, can you give me ten minutes then let the brat out of the office?

She chuckles, “Sure thing, Alpha,” and gives me a wink. “ You should have left that annoying brat there all night,” says Ry, chuckling. “You’re probably right, but I don’t think Daisy would be okay with it.”

Okay, you’re right,” he says, pouting. “ Then goes and curls up.

Taylor, where are we going?” If I tell you, it won’t be a surprise as we walked up the last few stairs.

I opened the door and pulled her up to the rooftop. It was lit up with fairy lights and candles, thanks to Sally.”

“

Omg, it’s so beautiful,” gushes Izzy. “ What’s the occasion?” “ Your birthday, of course,” you say. “You didn’t want a party, so this is for my mate as I pull her further on the roof.”

Where dinner awaited us. Alfredo pasta, steak, baked potato, and some cheesy broccoli— it was delicious. And for dessert, we had tiramisu and chocolate-covered strawberries.

I couldn’t believe my mate. Dinner was wonderful; it was perfect. I was standing at the edge of the roof looking up at the moon, telling the goddess how blessed I felt at this moment. Izzy?”

I turned around to see Taylor on his knee, holding up a velvet black box. “ Izzy, will you marry me?” I know I have asked before. But I wanted something more personal, more us.

“

I love you so much, and I want both humans and wolves to know you’re mine.”

With tears in my eyes, “Yes, yes,” as he slips a beautiful gold band with a pink stone in my finger, he pulls me close. We started kissing and spent the rest of the night in pure bliss.

Izzy’s POV

I woke up the next morning wrapped in Taylor’s embrace. We had spent the night on the roof.

I’m sure everyone could hear what we were doing. Taylor said, “Let them hear my Luna screaming her Alpha’s name.”

He gave me a quick kiss and told me to get dressed. He had one more surprise for me.

As we walk into our floor, we go all the way to the end of the hall. I look at Taylor weirdly. “Um, Taylor, why are we going into the spare room?”

Just open the door my love. I slowly turn the knob and pushed the door open. I can’t believe the sight before me. It was a beautiful art studio he had thought of everything.

I couldn’t believe it. Do you like it? It had paint, pencils, blank canvases, a computer, sketchbook’s. It had everything it had easel’s and a beautiful architect’s desk, I couldn’t believe he had done this.

happy birthday my love. was painted on a canvas in light sky blue, their were flowers everywhere.

The architect’s desk was in the middle of the room, and an easel by the window with a gorgeous view. I was so happy and excited no one has ever done anything like this for me, besides my brothers

. I kissed Taylor passionately. I can not believe this man. Thank you my love. You didn’t have to do this. But I love it. And I can’t wait to get started.

Taylor chuckles, you have a few hours before we’re needed, go and enjoy your morning my love I have some work I need to take care of.

I will have one of the omegas bring you breakfast. Are you sure? Yes my love have fun. She giggles then kisses me really fast and runs into the room.

I chuckle and head to our room take a fast shower and head to the office to get some work done.
