A f*****g human mate!

He gritted his teeth, still feeling the commotion of his wolves thrashing in his mind. They had not stopped since that moment.

He fixed a death glare at the pale moon.‘Why the f**k did the moon goddess has chosen a f*****g human for him!’

He was the most powerful alpha king and his mate was a weak human!

He possessed immense strength that a single harsh snap from him could shatter her into a thousand pieces.

Kael wanted to drag the moon goddess on her knees for choosing such mate for a inhuman king like him. It was infuriating.

A weak human like her couldn’t be his mate.

A frail person like her was incapable of being his partner! He didn’t need a mate at all!

The anger inside him cooled but the blurry vision of her face kept appearing behind his closed eyes

‘But she looked so tempting. So innocious and alluring.’

“f**k!” Kael hissed roughly.

|| Author Pov || The yellow sun was in rush to hide in sea. Birds were flying here and there to reach their nest before sunset. The orange rays of sun was falling on the ground, making it look like golden land. In a large ground, there was millions of dead bodies lying on the ground, some were injured. Some soldiers were running to save their lives and some were fighting, killing the others brutally. Bloods were spilled across the land. It was holy blood. A battle between two kingdoms. Between the werewolf pack and the human world. The alpha king seated on the horse had the darkest aura. He jumped from the horse’s back, holding a tall sharp sword. It’s tip was shining like a silver moon. His lips curved into a cruel smirk in victory and the misery of the other king laying on the ground badly injured. He lifted the sword to the miserable king’s throat before pressing the tip into his skin. “Tch! Tch! Look at you. Totally under my mercy. One more pressure and your throat will be sliced by my sword!” he mocked the smirk while the human king closed his eyes in immense pain he was bearing. His body had multiple cuts and injuries. His lips were shedding blood due to the war. “I don’t just want your dead body, bastard. Just open your f*****g mouth and say that ‘You lose and I. I win. King Kael Kingsley won!” The alpha growled and before the human king could say anything, Kael slammed his feet on his stomach with an impact the king started coughing blood. “f*****g bastard, say!” Kael blazed, applying more pressure on his stomach. The king grunted in pain. All of his soldiers were almost dead, some ran away while King Kael was waiting to hail their king. “I-i accept that.. I lose and you win.” Kael pressed the sword harder “Who won?” The king choked in dread “K-King Kael Kingsley won.” As soon as those words escaped from his mouth, Kael raised his sword and in a blink, he sliced his neck. “HAIL TO KING KAEL KINGSLEY!” the soldiers around echoed in loudly and Kael smirked in victory. “Bring his kingdom under my reign!” Kael ordered the commander who nodded respectfully. ------ || In human kingdom || In the village, sounds of footsteps thudded wildly on the ground and the loud cries of babies filled the atmosphere. Everyone, including men and women were running here and there to save themselves as the soldiers of the cruel alpha king started burning all the village huts. Some soldiers were hunting down the villagers for their king. The black smoke emitted in the area as the fire almost spread through the entire kingdom. They were soldiers of the King Kael Kingsley. A girl was hidden inside her little hut. The house was also burning. She was watching people running through the little window. She was too scared to get caught by the cruel king’s soldier. She bit her bottom lip to control her sobs. She was trembling so bad while holding a small knife into her fist. Her body flinched when she heard the heavy footsteps nearby. They were approaching. Her hold on the small knife tightened and the door burst open, revealing the soldiers in dark leather armor reinforced with iron plates. Her legs wobbled in fear. Her breath stuck inside her throat. She forwarded her trembling hand which was clutching the knife tightly. “D-don’t come cl-oser o-or else-” Before she could even complete the sentence, one soldier approached her fearlessly and held her arm in a violent iron grip which caused the knife to fall down from her trembling hand and hit the ground. “Look at her, she really thought she could hide!” one soldier sneered with mockery. The girl was too scared to understand anything. She stayed quiet and started struggling weakly to protest but they dragged her along with them. “Load all these villagers onto the carts.” another soldier barked. “The king wants to see every last one of them before sunrise.” The girl whimpered and started wriggling. She jerked her hand hard but his grip was so strong. The girl cried and suddenly bit down the soldier’s hand. The soldier groaned, stepping back. Taking the chance, the girl shoved at him. She crouched down and picked up the knife again and pointed at them. “Don’t t-touch me.” The other soldiers before her frowned at her timid bravery. They weren’t scared of the knife, they were irritated. The girl gulped, sweating. She held the knife tightly and stepped back. When the soldiers tried to approach, the girl quickly turned back and ran out of the hut. But she flinched when manly figure stood before her. He was the leader of soldiers. His eyes roamed on her body. “M-move.” she forwarded the knife scaredly. The leader glared at her seeing the knife. He shot his hand to grab her but she panicked and flew the knife on the air blindly, stabbing right on his arm. “Ugh!” She flinched hearing the groan. Her fearful eyes went to see what she had done. Bloods were prickling out of his arm. Dread filled her veins. The girl immediately turned back and started running away. “Catch her!” The voices echoed behind her but she didn’t stop. Tears streamed down her face and she ran as fast as possible, grabbing her dress. Her eyes scanned the chaos around her. Everything was in ruin. The houses were burning with fire. Her beloved villagers were running in panic. Some were lying dead on the ground. “Liana!” the girl turned back hearing her name. She gasped seeing the elderly neighbor stumbling on the ground. Madam Norma. She had run errands for her many times and the kind woman was always gentle. But now, she looked injured. “Madam Norma.” Liana sobbed and ran toward her. No matter what the situation was. She could never leave a person behind who needed help even though the soldiers were following her. She was always like that. The lady was grunting in pain. Liana crouched before her and took her head on her lap “M-madam Norma, what happened to you?” The lady was taking her last breath. Her abdomen was stabbed by the cruel king’s soldiers. Norma held Liana’s little hand “Dear..” she breathed weakly “Dear, don’t stop. Run f-far away. Don’t let the soldiers catch you. They-they will kill everyone, my child.” she choked on her breath and Liana panicked. “D-don’t say that, please. I’m scared. Please get up. They’ll catch you. I- I will help you.” Liana’s sobs shook her frame as she pressed herself against the dying woman. Norma let out a painful smile “My time is.. up, my child. Run. R-run away.” It was the last thing she said before closing her eyes. Liana started trembling. She shook the elder gently and at the same time, the footsteps behind her loudened. “Madam Norma? Please, open your eyes. They’ll catch us. P-please.” she couldn’t move in fear after seeing a human die before her. The sight was so cruel. Too much for a fragile girl like her. “M-madam. Please, wake up. Pl-pleas-” “They she is! Catch her!” soldiers shouted from behind. Liana hiccupped. Her body was paralyzed in terror. She felt numb. She didn’t understand why she couldn’t move, or maybe she did. Maybe she already knew she couldn’t escape. A soldier grabbed her arm firmly and yanked her up to her feet “GET UP!” “So this little brat hiding here! Throw her in the cart!” another soldier commanded. “N-no. No.” Liana sobbed one last time before she was thrown into the cart. The cart door slammed shut, sealing her inside as if destiny itself had dragged her toward a fate she never chose.
