Chapter 15

It had been a few days since our date and i still got the feeling every so often that someone is watching me still. The feeling still haunts me, i tried to shake it off whenever i'm around Josh so he doesn't worry. But i'm he can sense it through our mating bond. As he was giving me this questioning look every so often.

I decided i'd go for a run to help clear me mind. Josh didn't mind as he had dealt with the rogue thing already. I put on my sports bra and shorts rummaged in the closet for my trainers then ran down the stairs and out the back door.

The other wolves where use to me by now go out running. I found it helped me clear my mind boosting my mood too for the day too. I decided to run towards a pond the was about 2 miles from the pack house. It had ducks and swans swimming around. I found a rock to sit on to catch my breath. I climbed up and plopped my butt down.

The horridly feeling came back once again. I glanced around but i couldn't see no one. I knew someone was there watching me but i don't understand why.

"Who's there?" I called out. But nothing, it was silent. The only noise coming from the pond with the ducks and swans.

I gave my head a shake decided to run back to the pack house after sitting for about 10 minutes . Maybe it wasn't a good idea to come on a run myself. I jumped of the rock and started to run in the direction of the pack house.

'Smack'

I never seen it coming. It came out of nowhere. What the f**k was that. I've just been smacked with something hard like a plank of wood. 

'Paige, we're in trouble..Paige' I could hear Amber in distress calling to me , i tried to reply but all i could master was a grumble.

I could feel someone picking me up and carrying me. They stank so bad i could have threw out on them. I slowly manage to open my eyes. Whoever it was was taking me the opposite way from the pack. The guy had no idea i was conscious. I had to act quick. I had to do something.

'Josh i'm in trouble, Josh. Jooooooosh' I yelled through mind link to him. s**t he can't hear me. I must be to far. f**k think, think. I used one of the defence attacks Antony taught me. I used my elbow and forcefully elbow the guy under his shoulder blade dislocating it. He dropped me and felt to his knees. I stumble to my feet and starting to run back in the direction of the pack house.

'Ambre take over' I fell back and let her take control us shifting into our wolf. The guy was back on his feet and coming for us once again he shifted struggling running on his 3 legs rather than 4. I was close to being back in my own territory if i could just make it can link Josh again. Five, four, three. I counted the yards i was away.

'Joooooosh i'm under attack help' I yelled as i crossed the line. If i could get this guy to follow me a bit more in i'm sure the pack fights will get him.

'Smack'

Not again. Was there more than one?. How many was there?. I could just make out what the were saying.

"How could you let her escape you moron" I heard the other guy say to the first one as i was lifted up once again.

"b***h got moves. Took me off guard" I laughed inwardly so they couldn't hear or see me smile.

'Paige where are you' Josh finally said and i sighed hearing his voice

'Heading east, there is another guy too. I tried to get free but was knocked me out again. five minutes and i'm off our ter....'

'No, nooo Ambre we lost them again'

'Hold tight Paige, Josh will find us' I knew he would in time but i wasn't sure how fast he'd get here or if he'd get me in time.

I didn't dare made another move. There was two of them now. One i can handle not two. I could just see Josh in the distance getting closer with Anthony, Caleb and Jack in tow. They were swaying in and out the trees. They was gaining in speed but they just weren't fast enough.

"s**t we gotta move now" The guy carried me yelled.

They started running with me bodding up and down on this guys shoulder. I was butt naked as well. I had shifted back after the guy whack me with another plank of wood. Of all the places my ass had to be on show to the world lovely.

I was launched into a boot of a car and the door slammed shut on me. 'Josh' I pray to god he would hear me.

'Paige where are you now?'

'They have thrown me into their boot' I had to rub my head it hurt so much.

'Got ya, Stay calm we will get you ba...'

Ballocks, He may have seen the car but he didn't get to me quick enough the car speeded off. I swear i heard josh yell 's**t'  as the car was flying down the road. I laid here trying to get the boot open. What am i saying there is no way to open this boot from the inside.

I can just hear those arseholes talking.

"So what's Eric gonna do with her when we deliver?"  Who the f**k is Eric i questioned myself.

"f**k knows, It not for us to know. We just have to deliver her unharmed" Mmm unharmed eh. I've got nice shinner on my f*****g head ass hole.

"Josh will come for her?"

"Of course he will. Eric is expecting him too" s**t think, think.

'Paige your phone' Ah yes i must have picked it up after i shifted. They hadn't noticed. Maybe Amber picked it up when i was knocked out. I didn't care i had my phone somehow.

'Thanks amber'

I quickly pulled my phone to my face and quickly texted Josh then muted it.

'Josh i need to be quick. Ass holes never took my phone from me. Some kidnappers eh, it's a trap too. I can hear them talking. Some alpha rogue named Eric. He is setting up a trapped for you. Gps on too track it.' I hit send and watched it come up delivered. I then deleted the text and left gps on for him to track me.

I was quick on my thinking i had to be. I hid the phone under the a slip at the side. Great new phone bye bye i thought as the car came to a stop and i closed my eyes to pretend i was still out cold

"How hard did you hit her?"

"Not that hard"

"Well s**t look at her head"

One of them lifted me out the car and over his shoulder. I tried to peek around the best i could. We didn't drive far by the looks of it. I could still see the mountains which meant they were close to our territory, closer than they should be.

"Eric" they both greeted.

"Is this her? Where the f**k is her clothes?" The one carrying swang me over his shoulder into bridal style.

"Ahh yes, She was in wolf form" This Eric guy touched my face. "Stick her in the cell"

What the f**k i'm going in a cell. Great once the guy get to were the cells are i amused he drops me down on the dirty rotten bed.

'Smack'

"I told you both not to hurt her" Guess Eric was pissed now.

"She tried to run so we had to knock her out"

"How long has she been out?"

"About half a hour"

"Get a bucket of water" This Eric guy demanded. I knew what was coming. I bet this water was gonna be bloody freezing too.

I heard footsteps running away then reappearing. 'Splash' I bolted up right "What the f**k" I called out.

"Ahh now she's away" The guy i amuse it Eric clasped his fingers together. Kneeling down to my level.

I glare them all down. The one i first came into contact with shoulder was now healing. He had mucky brown hair and brown eyes. The other dude the knocked me out next he had mucky blonde hair and green eyes. Their boss Eric he had jet black hair and his eyes were black too. They all looked like the hadnt washed in weeks and the smell was horrendous in here. Eirc was that close that i had to swallow a breath i was holding from the smell.

"Let me go" I sneered at Eric's face. He was so close to the bars I back close to the wall behind me. Yes after they threw me in they closed the cell gate and locked me in. 

"Not a chance, you see we want your mate not you. He will come to save you but will die trying" He laughed as he spoke. I could see his teeth the were all yellow. I screwed my eyes at the site of them.

"What did he ever do to you" I hissed.

"I want to torture that son of a b***h. He killed my sister"

"Your sister?

"Yes my sister, about a week ago. I swore i'd find out who did it and kill them"

"A week ago?" I thought back to when those rogues where crossing our land. I thought it was a guy. I'm pretty sure it was. Especially the one me and Antony came into contact with. He attacked me I remember it pretty well.

Eric started to get pissed off with me. As he was telling me why he wanted to kill my mate and i kept coming back with more questions. He didn't seem to like that. I raised my eyebrow at him. He stood there then spat at me.

He turned to the blonde hair guy and told him to get my some clothes. I completely stark naked here i was thankfully for anything rather than being on show. 

"Josh will come for you soon enough and we will be waiting" the blonde guy came back with some rags and tossed them a me. I grabbed them and waited until the left so i could cover myself.

"Ok" I muttered after him and his two goons. Once they had left i quickly chucked on the old ragged top. I didn't dare put the bottoms on i don't want anything that unclean down there. I took a look around to see if anyone else was here too. There was someone else in a cells two down from me.

"Hey" I said to get their attention. It was a young girl not much younger than me.

"H..Hi" Poor kid was scared,

"I'm Paige, What's your name"

"M..Maise"

"Well Maise it's nice to meet you"
