13. Sibling date

Axel's Point of View

And so here we are walking at the small trial of the forest with me looking through everything here and there. It been about a decade since I came here.

It's not that I couldn't come but somewhere down the line of hiding myself, I find myself not getting out at all with time and always cooped up inside doing one thing or the other.

So it's also new and refreshing to breath in the fresh air of outside while enjoying the soft warm breeze of the summer.

Tilbe: It's fun walking outside right, especially when you are with me.

She excitedly and adorably point at herself while she says that making me smile at her in adoration.

Axel: It is, it really is little one.

And I chuckle looking as her smile lit up. While her, hearing me chuckling look at me suspiciously.

Tilbe: You are not being sarcastic or anything are you?

I laugh at her adorable suspicious look, her baby face scrunch up in displeasure as she hear me laugh again.

Axel: Iam not, it's just my sis seems to look so adorable making me smile a lot.

When I said that she nod along with me in agreement while I shake my head in disbelieve.

She smile brightly, puff up her cheeks and look at me proudly while saying.

Tilbe: Of course, Iam full on adorbs.

I look at her confused

Axel: Adorbs?

She nod excitedly, while jumping and skipping here and there.

Tilbe: I like the sound of it, it basically shortened form of adorable.

I chuckle lowly shaking my head at her ridiculousness while she just sport her excited smile while still skipping a bit with every step.

I want to stop her from skipping around cause Iam pretty sure she will fall at this point with all the rocks and the twig fallen here and there. But her excited form make me want her to do whatever her little heart desire, so I guess I just have to watch her every steps carefully so she won't fall.

And like that we walk on while she stop at the middle super excited once again hopping up and down like a bunny.

While I also stop and look at her, expecting her to say something.

Tilbe: I have just found out not long ago that I can do something new

She clap her hands totally excited and look at me as if I have to be excited as well, while I look at her in anticipation.

But seeing as she is saying nothing and just looking at me as if waiting for my applause, I speak up.

Axel: And that is?

She make an OH face when I said that, and quickly went towards the wild apple tree growing in the middle of the many tree. She calmly touch it and there her power starts to glow up in many different colour going into the tree.

When all her power went in, she step away and look at the tree expectantly with her head tilted on one side. I also went to her side and look at the tree, wondering what new thing she have achieved this time.

And then in about a minute, I saw the tree producing fruits, many of it at a short amount of time. But that was not the magical thing about it, as ironic as that sound.

The magical thing about the act was that all the fruit in the tree is of different kind. The wild apple tree is now bearing more than fifty different kind of fruits.

Orange, lemon, kiwi, black berries, cherries, apple, water melon, jack fruit, mango; you name it and it is there.

I look at the tree in shock and look back at Little gift very much in complete disbelieve.

While she stand there looking at the tree with her hands behind her back, but by her proud smile I know she can sense my look of disbelieve.

Axel: I.. How.. Wow..

Little gift giggle softly looking at me completely losing it in shock.

Tilbe: I know Iam that great.

I pat her head lovingly, knowing she is right this time around.

I mean looking at a tree growing up in second just before your eye and bearing it's fruit the next second is shocking enough.

But this, a tree bearing different kind of fruits standing tally in the middle of nowhere is just another thing. And not to mention I just saw it growing right in front of me.

Axel: Is this what you wanted to show me before, cause believe me, this really is splendid.

She shake her head in denial as I said that. Wait, so there is something more insane then this?

Tilbe: I forget about this before when I came to you but remember just now when I see the tree bearing the fruits.

Of course she will forget about such a thing, like I mean how grand does a thing have to be for her to remember.

I once again shake my head in disbelieve while she smile at me and drag me away from the tree so continuing our journey.

Axel: So how do you do that?

And I look back at the tree which left behind.

Tilbe: You know that before, I can only enhance the growth of some plant which is already plant or I can grow some plant on my own but only some and hardly at that right?

I nod my head as she said that.

Tilbe: Well grandpa said that, as I grow older my power will also grow more and more, and I think that happen as Iam an adult now, cause now the energy to grow is much more and I can control it much easier. So now I can make something grow on any kind of tree if I want it to be. But I need more practice for the variety to be more.

I nod my head in understanding but also look at her in complete worry.

Tilbe: I'll be okay, Iam doing quite alright now; aren't I?

Axel: Hmm, you look quite weak to me though.

She look up at me and act shocked by my word. And dramatically flex her non-existing arm musle and told me with a stern face which she can't really pull off.

Tilbe: See my muscle, Iam quite strong.

I sigh in disbelieve and gently push her hands down.

Axel(sarcastic) : I can see that.

When I said that, she give me a cute humph with a small pout. While I pat at her head with a chuckle and put my hand in her shoulder and walk on, both of us smiling happily with Little Gift trying to sync her footstep with mine while I act normal for a while and then mess it up when she start to get it, making her huff and slap at my back from time to time.

But then again, seriously speaking Iam worried about her balance of power.

Actually Little Gift has an abundance of power, so it overflow and take a toll on her physical state. Her power is a whole lot too much for her to handle even after her enhancing the growth of everything in the kingdom.

And this in turn lead her physical condition to be very poor and sickly right from when she was young, so when I said she is very frail and delicate she really is. A little cold and she will be bedridden for days like she is critically sick.

And yet her power is still increasing as she grows making us more and more worried about if her body can take it, I really hope nothing bad will ever happen.

When I was deep in my thought, Tilbe shake me and then I realise we are already by the bamboo viewpoint. Wow I must have been deep in thought

Tilbe: Let's go, what are you thinking?

And she push me to go up which I obediently did. I look down at the waterfall beautifully falling, but that was not what caught my eye, rather it was the profile of someone happily laughing with someone else.

Her beautiful brown hair blowing everywhere while she stand in the middle of the flower garden laughing happily with the boy she is with. She look so happy and carefree and so so beautiful even though I can't see her clearly. She look etheral, and was like the goddess of the beautiful place.

While I stand there seemingly enchanted by the beauty, Tilbe drag me down hurriedly and with a frightened look.

Tilbe: Oh my god, Iam so so sorry. I forgot I told Galen, he can visit here for a bit today. Iam so so sorry, don't be mad Ax, alright?

She look at me like a frightened rabbit, begging hopelessly making me cool down, not even giving me a chance to be angry.

Axel: Its fine, it's not like I saw them properly or they to me anyway.

She sigh in relieve as she heard that.

Tilbe: Okay then, let's go up again and went to the other side from the viewpoint.

I look at her unimpressed, actually there are about three viewpoint here which connect one place to another.

She drag me once more and make me hunch down forcefully and then we climb down the point and there we reach the other part of her schooling place.

And when we reach there, I look around in wonder about what this is, the place is covered fully in different kind of shrubs, that will reach upto our stomach. The place is huge and fully covered in different variety of shrubs.

Axel: What is all this?

She normally plant flowers, crops and of course fruits but this time, it is a huge change in subject.

Tilbe: Poison plants.

Axel(surprised): What?

I look at her totally surprised, why the hell is she planting poison plants now.

Tilbe: Remember, I told you that I can grow whatever I want now even if its roots or plants is not there.

I nod, a bit confused of whats the connecting of that and the poison tree.

Tilbe: Well that's not the only thing I can do, I learn that I can enhance the flavour of something I grow as well. Like I can make an apple sweeter, a lemon sourer, a rice stickier or whatever it is. And that also apply to poisons.

I look at her with a disturbed gaze.

Dont tell me it is what Iam thinking.

Tilbe: Well apparantly I can make a poison plant more poisonous, even to the point that a poison which has to be eaten to be poisonous can become poisonous to a mere touch and can be much more fatal.

Axel: And you are to grow poison because the next time, if something like the beast attack happen again, you will be able to defeat it.

I knew it as soon as she said it was a poison plant and her words from before when we were in the office connect the dots for me.

Axel: Little Gift, stop it please. You know that is just a bad luck of one time and I swear it won't happen again. And besides now I can protect us too. But what you are doing right now is dangerous, and that danger is to yourself much less than any other dangers.

Her body is already as weak as it is, and now say what?

And with how clumsy and careless she can be the poison she is making to protect herself will hurt her much quicker than protecting her.

Tilbe look at me as I look at her frightened.

Tilbe: This time I will make sure I protect you, so that you don't have to suffer like last time because of me.

And I look at her broken hearted, it's nearly been a decade now and does she still think my Tama is caused by her?
