11: Date.

Heri's Point of View.

We stand at the viewpoint mesmerised by its beauty for a while, after which Galen take me somewhere again. This time following another bamboo filled part.

Heri: Wow this place must be huge, I can't even remember where I first came from anymore.

And Iam honest, all the bamboo trail look the same and there are many of it.

Galen: It is huge, but don't worry Iam quite good at remembering places and moreover I have been here a few times now, so we will be fine.

Heri: Wahh unknowingly my pride as the most intelligent person in the kingdom is hurt.

When I said that he chuckle to himself.

Galen: Talking about that, what really is your ability? I know you have something that has to do with intellegence but thats all thata known about it.

I smile at him proudly when he said that, I love the fact that no one rely know specifically what I do.

Heri: It's in my family tradition that, I can't share it with anyone other than my husband of course. Are you really ready to know my answer?

And I look up at him innocently, but then it is true that there is that tradition in my family. It is not like a rule or anything like that, but all of us follow it.

Galen: Are you proposing to me right now? You should reconsider your timing and ways, Iam quite picky with my choices.

I smile when he said that, glad to play along.

Heri: It's okay even when Iam reckless and get rejected, I have many choices so.

He look at me dryly when I said said making me laugh out when I see his expression.

Galen: Very funny.

And he roll his eye dramatically making me laugh more, but stop when I see him looking at me pointedly. But still chuckling here and three while walking forward.

Galen: But I don't want to know the answer yet.

I look up at him, expecting him to say more about it

Heri: Yet?

Galen: I don't want to anger my in-laws before I even met them yet.

This time I look at him shock, we are on our first date and here he is already talking about in-laws. Wow talk about fast pace.

Heri: I never said I'll marry you!

He act shock and touch his heart in total drama making me laugh at his drama.

Galen: So is this a playdate, a try it out day.

If he had said it seriously I will have freak out but his high pitch voice and dramatic facial expression make me relax.

I act like Iam thinking seriously with my hand on my chin and even stopping my walk making him stop as well.

Heri: It's lies a little lower than a playdate I think.

This time he look at me shock and in adorably slightly confused manner making me laugh once more feeling all warm inside. He look cute!

While hearing my laugh he look at me accusingly.

Heri: Don't be cute too, that handsome and sexy face is already the limit upto which my heart can handle.

This time he laugh out rather than me, chuckling softly to himself.

Galen: The things you do to me Heri, the things you do to me.

He shake his head as he said that while his hand on his neck and of course his signature biting his lips.

While he do his work of being handsome, I do my job which is literally admiring him.

Galen: I promise in the name of everything that one day I will know the answer to my question.

In other words marry me. I smile at that, my heart beating a thousand beats in mere second.

Heri: Be my quest!

He smile sweetly as I said that, and once again we start to walk.

Heri: Eh! but I don't know what your ability is either beside knowing you can control an energy like everyone else.

He smile when I said that.

Galen: You know more than you think you do.

I look at him confused, what with the sudden words riddles.

Heri: What's that suppose to mean?

He walk on making me follow as well.

Galen: I suddenly come up with the idea that my family will also follow your family tradition and will be allowed to share about their power only with their wife or husband.

I look at him speechless, my mouth hanging open to give it more effect.

Heri: You can't do that!

He smile sweetly at me when I said that.

Galen: Yes I can, Iam the only Coy remember so if I made up a rule and follow it then it is a rule.

He smile again but this time the smile don't reach his eye, his family demise must be a touchy subject. So to make the mood lighter I also chose to answer in a more playful yet serious manner.

Heri: Well then it cannot be help, I guess I have to agree with you trying your best to know my answer so that I can know yours.

When I said that he stop in his tract.

Galen: Just remember, this is definitely not taken as a joke, I swear I will remember each of your words and make you hold accountable.

As he said that I was about to answer but before I can, my mind is already snatch away by the magical scene in front of me.

Heri: Woww....

Galen: I kn.. woow? What Woww?

I drag him with me and finally round the corner, now the scenery visible to both of us.

Heri: I can't believe such a beautiful place is here in Iklu all along.

I let go of his hand and look around. There is a huge white Rock few feet away from where we stand where in the middle a very clear water fall fall down.

While the rock is shaped like a mountain and all it's places are filled with green grass and small small flower everywhere.

While the ground is also filled with grass and flowers all over with the little stream flowing calmly in the middle.

Trees of different kind bearing red leafs grows here and there, and butterflies and dragonflies of different different colours flying everywhere making the place look so so magical.

I stand there in complete aww, not being able to het enough of the view. But while I was lost at the view, Galen take my hand and we go in further finally sitting down on the clean soft green grass.

Galen: I told you, you are in for a surprised didn't I?

I nod my head all excited.

Heri: This is so beautiful, thank you for bringing me here.

He smile when I said that.

Galen: If I knew you will be this happy to be here, then I would have do much much more for Tilbe for this gift.

I chuckle at that, yeah Tilbe. She really do know what magic means and can make all kinds if magical place.

Anyway I lie down in the grass pulling Galen along with me, lying down in the soft grass filled with the warm summer breeze and the bright sunlight brings joy like no other.

Heri: Let's enjoy this place for a little bit more while lying like this. I need time to proceed all the five beauty I have seen today.

He turn my way as I said that making me look at him as well. His beautiful red eye look happily back at me, while asking.

Galen: Five beauty?

I nod my head in a yes!

Heri: First is the spring like blossom which we saw first.

He nod knowing which place I mean.

Heri: While the scond is the bamboo trails which is so uniquely beautiful.

Galen: Hmm that I agree, and the next is?

Heri: The tulip garden of course and the fourth is this place right here. These places are so stunningly beautiful, I can't believe they are real.

I sigh happily thinking about all the beautiful things I have seen so far. It must be true that beautiful things make people happy.

Galen: Then what is the fifth one? You have said only four so far right?

I nod my head, while looking at him nervously. All of a sudden feeling a bit shy.

Galen: Hmm, you look a bit nervous all of a sudden. Come on tell me what it is, Iam getting more and more curious.

I smile at him one more time, and with a deep sigh confess.

Heri: You!

I heard him intake a deep breath.

Galen: Your honesty is really much more charming than I hope it will be. Iam in big trouble.

This time I smile in happiness, I guess both of us are in the same page.

Galen: But if you don't want to move in a quick phase with me, please don't confess such thing too often cause even now Iam trying so hard to control myself from rushing you.

Wahh did the temperature just rise, or is it just us?

I just stay silently not really knowing what to say and a bit flushed.

Thankfully he don't say anything either and we just stay like that for a while, that is untill I broke the silence.

Heri: Wait, you said there is one more place besides this right? Aren't we going there?

He look at me with an uneasy look when I said that.

Galen: Hmm, I think it will be better if we don't go at that one.

Heri(confused): Why?

Galen: That one is a bit on a dangerous side, but rather than that, why don't I take you somewhere else?

I nod my head, not having any idea where we are going. But we went out and drove away which lead us to where we are right now which is an open diner which have a kitchen in it.

This is a type of place where we can cook what we want to eat using their ingredients and utensils of course.

So now we are sitting opposite each other getting ready to open what we cook for each other.

Galen wanted to cook for me, but I also wanted to so we settle on cooking a dish each.

I made a white cream pasta and a lemon ice drink. We decide I will open it first so I excitedly did.

Heri: Look tasty right?

He nod agreeing with me, while uncovering his own.

It was a chicken dish cook with very much ginger and garlic which I love. I salivate instantly, immediately become much much hungrier.

Heri: No need to compliment or make small talk anymore, Iam starving just by smelling this deliciousness.

He chuckle when I said that and pass me the bowl with the chiken soup he made on it.

And instantly like a starved person, I swallow it down. Three bowl of it, I look up at him looking at me speechless looking at my appetite.

Galen: Had I knew you were this hungry, I will have taken you back a lot quicker.

I shake my head from left to right in disagreement.

Heri: I was not hungry before, I just like the chicken too much, so I didn't even notice I have inhale the food.

He smile at me, passing me a cup of water which I happily drank.

Heri: Wahh I should have said yes to marry you last time, had I knew you know how to cook this finely. I missed the chanced didn't I?

And I look at him disappointed, while he chuckle to himself. Iam quite serious actually, food is the way to my heart.

Galen: Then Iam guessing from this that our next date will be at my kitchen right?

I nod happily, completely down for it.

And like that our first date was over with a promise of a next one, and with a bright smile on both of our face. His deep red eye mirror the joy of my own.
