10. Date.

Heri's Point of View.

Today I wake up with my heart on my sleeve, nervous as heck!

I know I seem all confident when I flirt yesterday but hell that is my first time ever. I know it's hard to believe, but I rarely date. And I rarely started the initiation anywhere, but yesterday? I didn't even recognise myself.

I guess that is what someone you like do to you!

I have known Galen for a long long time now, and although we don't chat around and go around like close friends do but we do know each other for a decade.

I knew he was handsome from way before and sometime along the line, I knew I was a bit attracted to him.

So when he hint on asking me out, I don't see why I shouldn't show him Iam interested. And Iam glad I did cause Iam really looking forward to whats in store for me today.

You see, Iam not someone who is very forward or speak with anyone just like that. But when I want something or like someone, Iam not want to shy away. I rather just show what I want and expect a positive answer.

And if it does not work out, I move on; but if it did I tried my best and welcome it with joy.

Anyway like a nervous teenage, I went through everything in my wardrobe.

And finally lend on what to wear.

I choose a black Cami which has lace structure around the chest area and put on a beige colour mini skirt and put on a plain oversized blazer which length is almost the same as my skirt.

Then to finish off my look, I put on a black boot with a bit of a heel.

I take a small black sling back and a black shade.

I curl my brown hair in waves and put on some gold rose small necklaces to go with my look.

Standing at the mirror and being fairly satisfied, I go ahead; take my bag and went downstairs looking at the time.

It's around 9:45 now, he might be here soon.

With that thought I went down and at that same time the door bell rings. So I went ahead and open it, but to my surprise It was Galen standing there with a big bouquet of red rose in his hand.

Galen: Beautiful flower for my beautiful lady.

I look at him smiling from ear to ear and take the flower with a small thanks.

Heri: It's like you know when I will be ready, I just finished like a minute ago and you are here the next minute.

When I said that he smile at me cheekily.

Galen: Well Timing is everything right?

He said that in a very coy manner like his name making me chuckle to myself.

Anyway I went ahead and kept the flower.

Heri: Then shall we go out or would you want to come in for a glass of water?

Galen: Iam going say no to coming in this time. So shall we?

And he forward his hand, while I smile at him and put mine in his.

Our date hasn't even started and I already feel like this is our tenth date, it feel way too comfortable to be our first date.

He lead me to his sexy looking sleek black car which is roofless.

Heri: Well the car truly shows you are a Coy.

He smile when I said that. When I said that, I didn't mean his wealth, I mean to make reference to the fact that most of the Automobiles used in Iklu are made by the Coys so.

Anyway we got in and he drove out after making sure Iam comfortably seated in.

We drove through the straight road, green tea leave covering us in both part and it's amazing fragrance coming even up to where we are. I smell in the scent and relax in the car enjoying the subtle summer breeze.

Heri: By the way, where are we going?

He smile when I said that, and just drove on. Well I guess it's a surprise then.

We drove on like that for another twenty minute or so, chit chatting here and there and finally we reach our destined place.

He get out of the car and open my side of the door for me. I came out saying a small thank you.

And that is when I got to look at the place properly. It Is beautifull.

There is a small trail of path covered in both side by different shade of cherry blossom, plum trees and a tree bearing an extremely coloured orange flower, which is a tree I know not of.

But what I know for sure is, the place is stunning

Heri: Wow, it's so beautifull.

Galen: I know right!

Heri: Galen, you are looking at me! I mean the scenery.

He just shrug when I said that.

Galen: Oh the place, wait till you see what's inside. You are in for a surprise.

I nod excitedly, already expectation building up.

Anyway we enter and after the flowery part ended, there is a long trail with tall tall bamboo tree covering everywhere.

It was strangely peaceful and so beautiful.

Heri: Wow! This is such a beautiful place. How come I didn't know of it?

He shrug once more and cheekily said with a sweet smile.

Galen: Maybe fate left it out from your life, so that you can come here with me and no one else.

I look at him speechless, how is he always flirting with every word he says, but I didn't deny that his word always make my heart skip a beat.

Heri: You are so good with your words, Iam afraid Iam falling for an experienced player.

He chuckled at that.

Galen: Because the goal of the game is something I really love, I have to be hella good to be able to get it. And by the way Iam so glad to know that you are falling for me Awor.

Heri: I find this so unfair!

He look at me a bit confused.

Galen: What is?

Heri: My heart keep on fluttering with every words of yours and my stomach fills with thousand of butterflies with every smile of yours, it's unfair that you have such affect on me while I seem to have none.

He smile happily as I said that, his deep eye sparkling with boyish joy making me gasp in his beauty once again.

Galen: If only you know what Iam feeling, if only!

And he walk a little ahead while I stop and smile a big smile to myself. Cause his words means I have an affect on him too right?

I smile one more time and jog a little to catch up to him.

And when I did, we reach an ending, where there is a house like structure made of bamboo.

He forward his hand to me which I take and he lead me to the house like structure I said before which turn out to be a viewpoint. He walk above me not letting me see the view till we reach the top part and then when I did see it, I stand there completely speechless.

There is a huge flower bed when we look down.

The first row has a white tulip blooming all over, while the second row have orange and the following row having pink then red and then pure white tulip.

I stand there surprised by the beauty, the place is huge and is covered all over by the flower, not even a piece of land can be seen from where Iam standing.

Heri: Wow! Seriously what is this place? It's so damn beautiful.

Galen smile at me as I said that and look down at the scenery as well.

Galen: It is, isn't it. This place is where Tilbe study her ability to master them since she was young. The first part being the fruits area, the second the bamboo while the third is the flower and there is two more part.

There is more, there is more to this place? Like this is not enough yet. But I never did know Tilbe practice like that.

Heri: You seems to know Tilbe very well, considering she let you even be here. Cause I don't think many people know this place.

He smile softly at that.

Galen: We are not close but she knows me well and I do know her well too. Cause we have been working together for quite a long time now. Actually she does not like me that much, although I don't know why. And yes, this place she rent it to me as a return gift for something I did for her.

Heri: I guess you guys have a work, give and take relationship then.

He shrug once more when I said that, not really seeming to care about it. But for me, it is a surprise that, little Tilbe can be anything but adorable and her doing business and having business relationship is quite comical to imagine.
