I’m standing on the curve waiting for Jacob to pick me up for the party.
Jacob: “I’m like five minutes away!:)”
I went straight to Miss Penny’s bookstore to help her out with the arrangements for tonight's book club meeting.
I really wanted to join, but I couldn’t miss my last celebration party with my team. Jacob had randomly texted me that he would come and pick me up and at first I was like there was no way, because I was grateful to have my car back. Then I started thinking how badly I wanted to actually let loose and party tonight so I said ok. What happened between me and Patrick made me feel numb in a way that I don’t know how to explain exactly. It was this feeling as if I had cried about him so much that I didn’t have any tears left. That I was already so broken
