POV: Haven
"Haven, are you ready?" Raphael asks. Ugh! He's dragging me to dinner with my family tonight. He claims Jake was using a fear tactic on me, so I wouldn't ever try to off myself again. Jokes on him because I did it again.
I'm a little embarrassed to see them after the messages I left them. "Yes, let's get this over with." I groan. "Oh, stop your moaning and groaning. Everything will be fine. We're just going to talk." Raphael opens the front door, allowing me to walk out.
"Yeah, sure because talking has worked so well thus far," I sarcastically say. Raphael chuckles. He's been acting strange around me today. He's been checking on me all day. I think I scared him yesterday.
"Come on sunshine..."
