Chapter 4 Sophie POV

He was standing at the window, his feet and chest and back bare. The tailored trousers and shiny black belt were still in place, his hands were on the glass as he looked out at the kingdom. From here I could see he was tense with how tight his muscles were bunched. " I don't like this, not at all, this feels different from what we have ever faced before" he gritted out.

Walking further into the room, I reached up and unzipped the dress I was wearing and let it pool at my feet before stepping out of it. Before walking over to him and placing my finger at the top of his back, I watched in fascination as I glided it down and his muscles flexed and twisted at my touch.

" We have never faced the gods before, my love, the god of death had to be the one we were going up against too. Why could it not have been the god of love or happiness, or what is that one that is meant to be really into s*x and all things pleasurable ? " I smiled.

He looked back at me over his shoulder, his eyes dipped, and he took in my near naked state, and they started flickering red. " Eros " he answered. " Eros, why could he not have come to attack us? Now his methods I could imagine would have been fun " I bit my lip. He shook his head and huffed, looking away back out the window. " You joke at a time like this, my queen "he stated.

Sighing, I stepped closer to him and pushed my naked flesh, besides panties and a bra, against his back and pressed my cheek against him too. Hugging him to me." My love, we have battled many enemies and won. What we do has saved thousands of lives and this one will save many more than that. Our group, our family they are powerful. I believe in us. He may be a god, but we are a force to be reckoned with that hasn't changed " I told him.

" Sapphire and the rest of our children are what has changed, they have never needed to be involved. And I love each one of them like they are my own, they all own parts of my heart and I can not lose one, or any of our other family members. What you did when you came into my life was give me a home and a family, Sophie. I can't lose that " he stated the truth so openly, Dante would never have done so many years ago when we had met.

I couldn't love this man more, he made my heart grow more and more, and I feared it would implode one day. " Dante they are adults now , and they are strong. They and we have always known that they would one day be involved. You have trained them all and been strict with it, you and the rest of the cave men of this family have been like dogs with bones, making sure they can look after themselves, and we have taught all our magic to the little witches among them. My love, they are more than likely, more ready than we are "I said.

He grunted and I smiled at my big softy. Going around him, I dropped to my knees, my back against the cool glass. Looking up at him , he looked down at me with a raised brow. It wasn't often I took the lead in the bedroom , I much preferred it to be him.

Reaching forward, I unbuckled his belt and pulled it through the loops, dropping it to the floor. Then unzipped his trousers and then decided to hell with them. Holding my hand up, I clicked my fingers and grinned when he was completely bare now. The extra magic I now had, it was weird. It was like it came with the knowledge of how to use it too. I think Chelsea was responsible for that, we had no time for me to be relearning magic.

I reached for his hard member that was standing proudly against his stomach. Looking up at him, his eyes were fully red now. Some would look at him and think monster, but I just thought sexy. I pumped him a few times and heard him hiss. Looking down, I saw a bead of his pleasure. Licking my lips, I moved forward and swiped it off and hummed at the taste.

Sucking him into my mouth, I slowly let my throat relax, and I made sure he was slippy and wet, then I worked him down my throat. I hummed and vibrated around him and he groaned. " Brat" he hissed before his hands gripped my hair. I grinned around his member, as well as I could. I loved I could make him lose control so quickly. My eyes flew open, and he was grinning down at me , he slowly shook his head from side to side and tutted at me.

" No you don't brat, hands on the glass, stand up. Get rid of your clothes " he ordered, slipping out of my mouth much to my displeasure. My whine showed it too. He chuckled a dark and evil sound " Baby, do as your told, or you won't get what you're seeking at all. I will take what I want and leave you frustrated " he warned. I knew it wasn't a bluff, I was up naked with my hands and clammy forehead on the glass before he had to tell me again.

He stepped up to me, his wet member against my back as his hands came round and gripped my breasts in a tight grip.

" My Sophie, if I lose you, the world could burn down around me. The god of death can take it all , it is nothing without you and my family " he says behind me , making my heart beat for a whole other reason.

" My love, if we get through this we can eventually do what we have been wanting and become mortal again and grow our family " I said over my shoulder.

I felt his lips run along my bare shoulder " That will not be important if the family that is alive here and now are gone baby, you don't do any vigilante bulls*t you hear me baby. I know how Arakas pulls you in on his crazy f*cking ideas. I may now like the guy, but I will kill him if you get hurt because of it " he warned. I noodled my head in agreement. The truth was we haven't had to have any real battles in years, word spread and just our presence now pretty much ceased all issues. I felt as his teeth sink into my skin. I moaned in pleasure as he used one hand to pull my hips back, then line himself up. He drank as he pushed into me and used the hand still on my breast to pinch my n****e hard. Too many senstations at once nearly blinded me.

" I love you too " I think I gasped, who knows I wasn't even on this planet anymore.
