CHAPTER SIXTEEN Fear held the steering wheel with one hand and used the other to fire up the blunt that dangled from his lips. He blew smoke from his nose and mouth before tossing the lighter into the ashtray. He switched hands with the L and pulled the duffle bag over into his lap from the front passenger seat. He unzipped the bag and peeked inside at all of the money wrapped in blue rubber bands. “Fugazi,” he shook his head. “f*****g fugazi.” The money Malvo had given him wasn’t real and he’d always known it. The big man was fairly known in the streets. His reputation for murder and fuckery had traveled with the speed of a bullet. He remembered his face from that night outside of 7-11. He knew he was Eureka’s enemy and he had planned on getting rid of him anyway. So it was a win win
