- What God?! - Lucifer asked and Valerie nodded. He chuckled and asked.
- Well... You know the one that created the world, me.. You. - Valerie took a mug that Belyar brought and drank a bit of the hot tea.
- He might be your Father, but it wasn't my creator. By the way, your family is pretty messed up! - Lucifer rolled his eyes and watched how the sharp tongued teen Valerie drank her tea happily. He looked at Belyar and asked.
- Was she like this back then as well? - he nodded and gave Lucifer a sympathetic smile.
- I'll leave her to your care My Lord. Until she regains her real form. I'm too old to do this all over again. She will act according to her age and may be a little too reckless at times. Be patient with her. Please let me know if you need anything! Good luck My Lord. - Lucifer looked shocked after Belyar as he left the office and closed the door behind him. Valerie groaned and stood up, stretching her arms in the air.
- What will we do today? - Valerie asked with excitement
The blanket she was covering herself slid down to the ground, revealing her slender figure and young curves. Lucifer's jaw dropped as she stood in Eve costume in front of him without batting an eye. He felt sorry for Belyar for a split second before he regained his senses and covered his eyes.
- First of all, we need to get you some clothes! - he said and felt how Valerie's small arms hugged his back from behind. And he didn't feel just her arms.
- Don't you like what you see Lucy? - Valerie asked teasingly and Lucifer growled. Of course I like it! But you are a teen girl now! I don't even know what you remember or will remember of!
- Valerie... Why are you doing this to me? - he asked in a harsh voice with his eyes still covered by his hands. Valerie walked her fingers up the back of his neck.
- Cause it's fun! - Lucifer grinned. He got up and grabbed Valerie's wrists with one hand and her slim waist with the other, pulling her into his embrace.
- Really? Is it still fun? - Lucifer asked while he leaned next to Valerie's long neck. He saw her blush and hoped that she'll stop acting so recklessly. For Lucifer's biggest surprise she giggled and snuggled against him.
- Yes. - Lucifer felt how his blood rushed and it irritated him that a single creature woke up such feelings and reactions in him. He released Valerie and picked up the blanket. With quick movements he rolled her into the blanket and sat her in his armchair.
- Stay, feral little beast! - he said and went to his bedroom to pick some clothes for Valerie. He heard her struggling to get out of the roll and Lucifer took a deep breath. He walked back to the office with a long shirt and skinny jeans, also a pair of slippers. Valerie was where he left her. She peeked out of the blanket forth, her golden eyes shined so irresistibly that Lucifer swallowed hardly. Keep composed Lucy. If you overstep a line now, there won't be turning back. He put the clothes next to Valerie and released her from the roll.
- Get dressed and we will figure it out what to do today! - he said and left Valerie alone in the room to avoid more temptations. Soon the door opened slightly and Valerie's little head peeked out.
- I'm dressed Lucy! - Lucifer walked back to his office unsuspectingly. Valerie was already sitting on his desk. The jeans were a bit big and the shirt was definitely a dress for her. Valerie didn't button up the shirt properly and also due to its size issues, one of her shoulders was sticking out. Lucifer had to bite his fist when Valerie smiled at him and asked.
- Don't you want to play with me something? - Father... Is this another one of your punishments? I'll pay back with interests don't worry! Lucifer groaned.
- Of course, what is on your mind? - he asked and Valerie blushed. She jumped off of the table and walked to the balcony.
- Let's go flying! - she said and ripped the doors open. She ran to the railing of the balcony and jumped down before Lucifer could've stop her. He watched her fall and jumped after Valerie, catching her just inches away from the ground. She screamed excitedly until Lucifer landed with her on the balcony and pinned her against the wall. His eyes were wide open and he tried to catch his breath.
- NEVER! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?! NEVER DO THIS AGAIN! - he shouted at her and Valerie looked confused.
- I was just playing... - she mumbled but Lucifer screamed at her again.
- I CAN'T LOOSE YOU AGAIN! I.... - he lowered his voice and rested his head on Valerie's shoulder.
- I just can't watch you disappear again... - he whispered and Valerie hugged him, caressing his head. Suddenly, Lucifer felt tears fallin on his back. He pulled away and saw Valerie cry. Her tears fall and Lucifer felt, for the first time in a long time, powerless. He released Valerie and wiped off her tesrs that were falling continously.
- Why are you crying, Darling? - he asked and Valerie looked deeply into his eyes.
- I'm sorry, I didn't know you feel this way towards me. I thought you were just fooling around all the time... - she said and then gasped. Valerie definitely revealed more than she wanted, as her memories of Lucifer started to get back with each moment. Lucifer kissed the back of her hand and smiled.
- I'm sorry for being too emotional. I don't know what is going on with me lately... - he said scrathing the back of his neck nervously. Valerie put her hand on his chest and got on her tip toes. She placed a peck on Lucifer's cheek and whispered
- Happier New Year, Lucy! - that moment she unlocked another lock of Lucifer's seal and he stared around as if he saw the real colors for the first time. He picked Valerie up and spun her around.
- Thank you Val! - she blushed and admitted.
