I’m restless. It must be the Bruno Effect. It would be a good time to leave the office. There’s a property I need to inspect where there’s been a leak. I grab the keys and head out.
The tenants had to wait weeks for the ceiling to dry out but according to them this has happened and the painter has been in and painted it. I need to check his work.
The place was flooded by one of the hazards of apartment living. The upstairs washing machine connection came off and water flowed freely around the bathroom floor and into the hall of that unit and then into the unit below. The unit below is the one I manage.
