There is an email from reception; Bruno rang. He says it is urgent. Please ring him ASAP.
What do I do? Do I ring him back? Do I ignore the message? I feel myself starting to panic. Is there going to be a change of heart with his new tenants? Once I’ve signed them up it’s a done deal. There’s no turning back.
If I am going to show my leadership and take on Bruno, I have to have some strategies. I can’t let myself get anxious every time I see his name. I was in control when it was just getting tenants and I could see it as a game – now I have let him wind me up. Right, I need a rethink. What I’ve got here is a bit of a skirmish on the sidelines.
