A couple of years ago Diane, the property manager who used to manage Kylie’s portfolio, and I were doing a number of routine inspections together as we tried to get them up to date. We manage an old rabbit warren of a block and about half of the twenty-eight units in it were due to be inspected. Some were overdue.
